Cool simple vibe for their new location tap room. It’s nothing compared to their previous location but being on main street now makes it much more convenient. Great comfort food options and of course their beer is still delicious. It’s one big open room so it can get pretty loud in there but it’s definitely worth putting this on your Hayward visit list. The entire front opens up as a garage door when the weather is right.

Stopped in to try, parking is tricky and no clear directions of where to park. Beer was good, hubby and I shared the smoked fish tacos and the triple stuffed pretzel. Wanted to purchase from gift shop but couldn’t find someone to assist.

This place has tons of potential. The pluses are a unique ambiance, great quality and variety of brews, sufficient non-beers For those who choose not to have beer, decent prices. See the pic of menu.
I tried the Lite Minnow beer and it was perfect. See the pic. The food was good, except what they called kimchi was definitely not, and chips were oily and skimpy. Portions were correct for me but many would say “insufficient”. Service was prompt and courteous. They provided high grade horseradish on the side. See the pic.
Now the minuses. No free WiFi- important up north where cell service is spotty. Weather was great but patio not open. They should add a pizza with spent grain crust. They need a bigger sign out front. See the pic.

Very busy craft beer eatery. Got seated outside and service was pretty good. Food was good. We had nachos with pork, soup and salad and the whitefish sandwich. We enjoyed our visit and be sure to visit the gift shop.

Had a flight of their different beers offered in house! Not one disappointed me and will have to keep an eye out at my local store! Ordered their pretzels and really enjoyed how they tasted paired with the beer especially! Thank you all for the fun!

Great place up in the north woods! Fantastic food and beers any time we’ve gone up there, love the patio on a nice day as well. One of our usual stops if we’re in the area for a bite or drink!
