Horribly food got cheese enchiladas that were just rolled corn tortillas no cheese inside flavorless dry and covered in crème. The little bit of sauce that I did get tasted sweet and bitter. The beans and rice tasted weird. I do not recommend this place !

Stopped here briefly on our road trip through Colorado and am so glad we did! We had the most amazing breakfast burrito with chorizo after hiking rifle falls. Everything about our burrito was spot on and it came out fast which was perfect because we needed to hit the road. Also the burritos are well worth their price—they’re huge and delicious. Would definitely be a regular if we lived around here!

Love this food truck! Everything I have had there is very good. Friendly service and picnic tables to eat at as well. My husband and I go here sometimes for lunch dates when the kids are in school. Never disappointed. We usually split the asada chimichunga and a melon drink. I highly recommend.

We got the chorizo breakfast burritos; they were huge. Great ratio of ingredients and made fresh. I wasn’t able to finish it but it still tasted good reheated in the air fryer.

Well, it’s a Mexican food truck(trailer) on the side of the rd in a parking lot ….so atmosphere is fitting for a food truck….the breakfast burritos are huge! And very good! We always stop for one if we are passing by.

Food and service were excellent, unfortunately it’s located next to a loud roundabout. Still worth it for a quick, fresh meal on a road trip.
