Smoothie barely had any flavor at all, I even asked for extra peanut butter but only tasted way too much sugar and banana. If you are coming here to get food then its pretty good but if you want a good tasting smoothie then go across the street.

Been to this location many times! So glad they opened here! Always get the Chipotle Chicken Flatbread and a Bahama Mama smoothie! Always wonderful! This location is the BEST out of the other 3 locations I’ve been to in the greater Knoxville area. I can taste all the ingredients in my smoothie and my flatbread is full of meat and lettuce. Other places don’t fill them. I’m greatly appreciative of the employees here! Thank You! Will be back!!!

I have yet to try a smoothie I didn’t like and the food is just as good, if not better! I love the Avocolada smoothie and the Caesar wrap is so so good!
As far as the establishment is run—it is so welcoming, so clean, and we are always greeted with big smiles and quick service! Well done to the team and owner. We are so glad there’s a tropical smoothie in Oak Ridge!!

Terrible, go if you want to wait with 2 other people for 30 to 40 minutes and watch the worker FaceTime her boyfriend from each work station and coughing in mid air this was not the first time I’ve been here but it will definitely be the last maybe hire people who can actually work and not look lost the whole time

The trend of fast food restaurants having minimal staff to operate is getting ridiculous. We waited for 30 min to get 2 smoothies and 2 sandwiches. There were two people working the day we went in and 17 people waiting for orders. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t fault the employees at all because they were doing their best and what they could with that they had to work with. The management or owner of this location utterly sucks at their job though. How do you suck this bad at hiring and then decide it’s a good idea to open with 2 employees on the schedule to run the whole restaurant. I hope they can get their stuff together before this location nose dives.
