Okay. I dont usually care for BP, but other places were too busy. It was actually quite good. I had a beef-bowl. My partner had the chicken and mushroom pasta. He said his great. Mine was a really good blend of ingredients. It is a loud place–but happy families everywhere. I just wouldn’t pick it for a romantic couple’s night out. LOL. Our waitress was absolutely lovely–just fresh on the job.

Mittal was amazing, she handled our crazy table of 35 with around 15 children from our hockey team like it was nothing, she was organized and ready and had everything timed absolutely perfectly. I highly recommend to any hockey team. Thank you for your service we all appreciate it very much! The wait time was amazing for the amount of people we had, and well i assume it was pretty quiet in there until we got there that’s for sure:) highly recommended to all large kids sports teams

Boston Pizza has always been my go-to restaurant, but every time I’m there I’m reminded why. The staff and management are absolutely amazing — genuinely caring, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to make sure you feel right at home. You can really tell they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction, big or small.
It’s such a true family restaurant. Whether I’m coming in with my kids, grabbing a meal with loved ones, or just looking for a comfortable, friendly place to relax, Boston Pizza never disappoints. The atmosphere is warm, the service is consistently fantastic, and the team treats you like more than just a customer — they treat you like part of the family.

Honestly, very disappointed… me and my buddy ordered same time. He got Mac and cheese, I got fish tacos…. By the time mi e showed he was done his…. I get it back to hotel to eat and the tacos are cold and soggy…. Unfortunately I’m in the hotel and the only thing I have to heat them up with is the microwave… terrible. I don’t expect a 5 star experience when I eat at BP’s but I do expect my food in time and at the very least warm…. Do better

Interesting place. As an American, I have never in my life thought of Boston as a pizza town, so not sure what to expect. Well, they do just about everything. Pizza, wings, pasta from all over the world, sandwiches, and I got a burger. Kind of a poor man’s Cheesecake Factory. The burger was good. Fries also good.
Beer selection was pretty standard and kind of boring. They have a 54 oz draught, which I wasn’t brave enough to get.
Service was not great. Felt like we were there forever and didn’t see our server much. Food took a long time to get to us and it took way too long to get our check.

Today’s visit was no exception. Excellent customer service; above average in fact! We were so impressed with our waitress!!

Was looking forward to relaxing and hanging out for a bit after an all day drive.
Food was good, drinks bad, servers were rude and NOT attentive at all-apparently because they needed more help -so perhaps not their fault -take it out on management NOT the customers who are paying. Didn’t think asking for a menu was putting them out and yet it was……
Think we’ll get KFC takeout next year unless we read reviews that they’ve made some changes.

Boston pizza is a very good restaurant and its kept very clean and the staff is always fast to help the customers and to refill there drinks or whatever the customers need..The prices at first I thought were a little high but after I got our food I was very satisfied and very happy because you actually get a good quantity of food. The only thing I didn’t like was our server pretty much said that we had to give a tip now I do always give a tip but to me I think it should be up to the customer because what if it’s a elderly person or someone that barely has any money and desires to take there better half out for a nice night out for a nice supper etc and forced to pay extra for a tip. That’s just my opinion tho but other then that it’s a very nice place to go and have some pizza etc
