This is our favorite Starbucks in the area. We frequently get to go drinks as well as sit and have a coffee inside. They make the best drinks and every one is always so friendly. I want to highlight my experience this morning. I got my drink and I could tell it was missing the sweetener in it. My husband brought it back to be re made and they were so nice about it. The manager did it herself and then remembered my name later on and asked if it turned out ok. The manager is also always so positive and I watch her treat her employees great always making sure they get a break and offering to heat them up food or make a drink for them even during the morning rush. I highly recommend this Starbucks!

This is a great location to visit, there is a sense professionalism and customer care that you would receive at a Lexus dealership. Faith and her team did a great job serving us last the minute, ( we were THOSE customers) walking in before they were about to close the doors. Without hesitation they greeted us and took our orders with such willingness.

I ordered a large iced matcha latte with almond milk 4 pumps of vanilla and it was 8.40 ok, she gives me a small, she took it back with disgust and made a large one. I tried to ask her a question and she was more concerned about the customer behind me. She tells me that I ordered a small. I would have never paid almost 9.00 for a small drink. Bad experience here!

The staff was kind and welcoming. My drink was perfect. My sandwich was terrible. There was nothing on it. The bread was brick hard and dry as a bone. I’ll stick to my coffee. Thank you.

I’ve had it. I always come to this location, and always have a problem, but this was it for me. The last time. I waited ten minutes after my pickup time to pick up a DD order. No biggie, but I kindly went to the counter to get an update, as nobody had even greeted me in ten minutes. There were 5 workers, all looked at me at some point, and no help. Finally a woman came to the counter, I wish I’d gotten her name. I was polite and asked about my DD name. Her response was : “I don’t know? When it’s ready it’ll be up there.” As I was walking away, I saw a bag just sitting by drivethrough. I heard the woman ask another employee, “Can you see if that’s the name she’s looking for?” Guess what? It was. So instead of incompetently saying, “I don’t know.” When a customer asks you a question, try actually doing your job and being proactive, like maybe looking? Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at this location. Th lady that “helped” me doesn’t need to be in customer service. This was 6:30 a.m, and she was the one working front and food.

First and first most, no greeting at the door? There was litteraly no on in there. Said thank you. The barista did not even acknowledge me. To make things worse I got a cup full of ice. I was done with my drink by the time I made it home. Do better!

Whoever was working at 3:30 needs to learn how to not treat her clients like a dog and not mess up the drink on purpose well rolling her eyes. A person was talking to someone that was with her and the employee told her to basically be quiet and shut. She has no reason to tell people to shut up, freedom of speech exists don’t forget that.

Went in today at 3:45pm to get my half-off venti chestnut praline latte to save for tomorrow morning. Once it cooled down I opened the lid and was sad to see my cup so empty. I’m assuming it, at one point, had some whipped cream in it. However, disappointed in what little amount of drink was in the cup as I was hoping to share it with my husband. For this being a $8+ drink…please fill it up Starbucks
