I went in this morning and Ordered a venti cinnamon dolce with 4 pumps of brown sugar and 4 pumps of gingerbread, tasted it and instantly realized it was missing something because the taste was off. So I asked about it and the lady “Izzy” I asked seemed like she was irritated saying she wasn’t the one that made it. The other young lady who originally made it was busy and was telling the lady I asked “Izzy” that she can make it over again, which she seemed like she didn’t want to do. Once it was remade it was a lot better, I said thank you with no response. I’m happy it was remade and highly appreciated it however I don’t feel like the customer should feel bad for asking for a remake especially since they are the ones paying for it. My husbands drunk was wrong as well but he just left it alone considering the encounter.

Stopped by this starbucks on the way to work and decided to go in instead of using their drive thru. It’s located in a shopping center so there are plenty of parking spaces to choose from. The inside was not busy at all and walked right on up and placed my order. They have a variety of sandwiches, pastries, and lunch items to order from. They also had a variety of their summer merch with cups and mugs. The employees were super nice and welcoming, and I did not have to wait long for our drinks. Definitely recommend this location, and from what I saw, the drive-thru line was moving quickly and swiftly.

I waited for my order to be taken for five minutes and kept saying “hello.” I saw all the cars in front of me leave, so I figured the speaker wasn’t working and I pulled up to the window. The person at the front who was taking orders ignored me and continued taking several other orders before finally attending to me. When I explained the issue, they told me to go back in line, even though I had already been waiting for about 15 minutes. The manager was not helpful and escalated the situation by saying they would call the cops. It felt like possible racism, assuming I would be scared of the police—even though I am a retired veteran.

Let us say first of all I am a foodie but not a coffee fiend. Oh I’m a fiend alright, but a fiend for excellent service and good quality in general. What I like about the coffee here at Starbucks is HOW IT’S SERVED – ENTHUSIASTICALLY and with smiles. Also however you like it, sweet, bitter, flavored, hot, cold, iced, frapped, au lait — in infinite variety.
Also PEOPLE in infinite variety all of whom are WELCOME here too. Indeed one can stand and TAKE A SELFIE in front of the pleni-potentiary LGBTQ+ FLAG hanging in the back!
Is it a safe space? Sure, as long as you’re not a hateful harridan with an attitude and/or with an axe to grind against folks who don’t look or think or talk or worship or or love like you do. Come and fuel up on caffeine and kindness and spread it out to the world around you.
Or do like me: bring your laptop and get some work done while consuming high test caffeine and rainbow sparkles. (I don’t know if they charge extra for the rainbow sparkles, but they do keep them under the counter. Allegedly!)
There are plenty of baked goods and treats to nosh on behind glass in this rather narrowly built coffee shop. But mind you don’t nosh too much or you will not long be narrow yourself! We will review the treats behind the counter another day Nomnomnom.
There is plenty of parking at this chunk of the gigantic strip mall that is Sun Valley EV charging is available for folks driving electric cars just a short stroll away.
The drive-thru is seemingly always busy, but there’s rarely a very long wait. The fellow who handles the crowd in the morning is super enthusiastic, very friendly, and generous with his smile. What a great crew Store Manager Antwayne Terry-McNeil has the good fortune to work with here including Susan, Ty, Brenda and Amanda! Then again, they say you MAKE YOUR OWN LUCK!
Service animals are welcome but smoking is not; that way you and your animal pal can enjoy FRESH air out front together and watch the crowd go by. (Probably best not to give your border collie too much caffeine, though.) There is a covered porch in the back, by the way, with tables and outlets nearby.
It’s currently pumpkin spice season, to which we say – “yuk” but also pecan flavor time too at Starbucks to which we say “don’t mind if we do!”

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a white mocha with extra whip and my drink is literally missing 3 in of product… I get extra whip a lot and this is never the case. Not only that, but it took an extra 5 minutes to make my drink for some reason. This is almost a $7 drink so I definitely shouldn’t be skimped any product. I don’t understand?

This is a very nice Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are very clean. That tells me that the rest of the place is very clean. Many nice seating options, from tables to eat chairs. We will be back.

I absolutely love going to the Starbucks location and have been doing so for about a year now…… I’m really hoping this review reaches a staff member named Cameron’s higher up….. he husband so sweet, kind, and helpful every time I’ve gone to order. I even asked today what options I have for different flavors and things that aren’t on the menu and he helped me find a drink to try next time. I absolutely love this location and refused to go to any other one….. thanks again Starbucks Sun valley!
