It’s been about five years since the pandemic, before my daughter when I was last inside a location. The furnishing’s ricks extremely bearing, not as lush as they’ve been in decades before.
The offerings in the retail section were very minimal. The staff spent most of their time talking with the drive through and coordinating the tasks inside. I had to ask where to find the drinks on the board that would be okay for my four-year-old to drink.
As I clearly don’t want to order her coffee. I just found this experience underwhelming and not a valuable use of my time. I can make a better cup of coffee at my house.

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and felt that I was given a pumpkin spice cappuccino instead, but the staff was moved on to other tasks before I could raise any concern.

I usually never leave reviews but I was less than satisfied after my last visit here. So much so I won’t go back now. I’m a creature of habit and get the same drink all the time…I know what it’s supposed to look like because I pay 1.25$ extra to get cold foam on my drink. If I’m paying for cold foam I expect the cold foam. I did a pick up and as I was waiting for my food I looked at my drink and could tell there was no cold foam…just the little bit of coffee foam from it being a shaken espresso. I debated saying anything cause I don’t want to be annoying but again if I’m paying for cold foam I expect there to be cold foam. So I politely said something to the lady that brought me my food, she said it had foam on it I said no that’s just coffee foam from it being shaken she said no it is foam, another worker chimed in and said there was cold foam and that it disintegrated as it sat. Cold foam shouldn’t disintegrate after 2 minutes. I teach high school and will grab this coffee at 7am and my cold foam is still there as I am finishing the coffee at 10am. I didn’t argue anymore took my coffee and drank it. Again upon taste I could tell my vanilla sweet cream cold foam was never added. I’m a very chill person, all I wanted was cold foam since I paid for it in this economy. I’ll go to the one by seven bridges from now on.

Update: Manager did reach out to me, but we missed one another and haven’t been able to connect since. The photo below is my last order, which again was wrong. I ordered two trentas but got the smallest size for one of them. So I’d like to know, to the reply from owner below, how this has anything to do with Uber eats. Thanks 1/9/25

Do not waste money at this location. They will always forget to put at least one of your items in the bag. The presentation is subpar. And I just called about my second missing item for my order, a second time this week. And I got redirected to the store phone (which I had just called). That was the help I received and now I will go into the store and see what they will do about my missing food. The lady on the phone told me her staff said it was in the bag. Next time I will be sure to record a video of me receiving the sealed back directly from my Uber delivery person. The work ethic there is lazy, sloppy, and unprofessional. Please, there’s a million of Starbucks around, do NOT waste a dime at this location. Absolutely trash. Need better management and employees who know how to pack a $8 sandwhich into a paper bag.

Slowest drive-through ever. If there are more than 5 cars ahead of you, expect to wait up to 20 minutes. I used the app to order today and we left a bit earlier than normal, but the drive-through was so slow we ended up being 10 minutes late to my son’s activity. On top of that, you are trapped once you enter the line, and people coming from the other entrance can just cut in front of you. I guess this isn’t surprising, coming from the geniuses at Starbucks that removed items from the online app even though are still available in the shop like the mocha cookie crumble CREME frappuccino (none coffee version) that my kids loved until they took it off the site and they don’t allow you to modify the coffee version to swap to creme. Speaking of the geniuses that designed the app… Why the heck doesn’t it save my last order type (drive through or in-store) and instead defaults to in-store every time? Why would I want to go inside this place where they ignore you and take even longer to make your drink?
