Every veggie was basically empty. I got mayo with a side of sandwich. Openly talked to me about how the early shift “messed up everything”. Had to ask for more lettuce and I didn’t bother to ask for more tomatoes cause they were none left that I could see. This wasn’t even the start of it. The guy handled my sandwich WITHOUT gloves and didn’t even properly wrap it. I had a gift card and neither of them knew how to check the balance before checkout either. Worst experience at a subway EASILY.

This Subway is always busy and the employees are very nice. I wish the table area was a little bit cleaner – both the tables and the floor seem to always be dirty with food. That said, I’m there at least once a week and will continue to be. It’s an easy and convenient location.

Maybe I ordered wrong but the meat was still fridge cold, it was just plain chicken without teriyaki, and the veggies was scarce. I hope this location can turn things around as it’s been a favorite place to eat, that’s close to home too. Sorry for the bad review, although this is the second time I’ve been less than satisfied. I hope things turn around in the future.

Just a heads up This Subway is no longer excepting coupons . It was a good thing I had just enough cash to cover my order.

This Subway is inside speedy. They had three really kind employees at Subway speedy has really nice cashiers went there with my daughter and two of my grandkids it was excellent.

I don’t know what has changed recently but online ordering has gotten terrible. Ordered today at 4:15 pm got there at 4: 40 pm and my order wasn’t even started. To top that, they helped 2 walk ins before even asking me if I needed help while standing at the cashier register and pick up area. I could see someone pulled the online order since the slip was on the counter so SOMEONE was aware of it. The employee working the counter seemed unaware of it and the order wasnt even started. This has happened twice now. So much for Online Express!!! Had to wait additional time for them to finish 3 footlong subs.
Only rating it a 2 because I do like subway food. Just this store in particular is really slow with Online orders now. They do not take priority at all and be prepared to walk in and have to wait because the staff haven’t even started the order yet!!!

Usually have really good service at the subway on 53 going out of town north, but had to remind the subway guy to change his gloves after he went to the cash registered and handle all the other stuff. They’re usually pretty good but today not so much he seemed a little mad that I asked him to change his gloves, but y’all Covid going around again. I do not want it. Thank you.

I lived in Duluth for two years while attending college and this is hands down the best subway I have ever eaten at. It may be busy during lunch and dinner hours but what restaurant isn’t. The bread is always fresh and the veggies are exceptional. The employees are always nice and quick with making sandwiches. Joel is the store manager I spoke with and he is very kind and knows how to keep a subway running efficiently and fresh. I will be making a point to eat at this subway whenever I am in town now.
