How many of you guys got the king pow after 8pm ?. It was the hottest I have ever had. Really hot hot sauce is not even that hot. They put way way too much in that batch they made. It reminded me of the 1 chip challenge. I’m sure they got some complaints about it

I bring my four year old daughter here for daddy daughter dates because she loves shrimp. Once a week her and I go out on a date just the two of us. She picks this place many many times. The staff at the commercial st Salem, OR location is always very friendly. They address my daughter directly and politely, give her time to answer and are always very patient! This location is always very clean, including the bathrooms. The food taste great, for what it is, and is never cold or old. Every time we come Lesli, an amazing female employee, is always here. She has become the familiar face my daughter looks forward to seeing every visit. “Daddy does she live here because she is here every time we come?” lol. Lesli is kind, compassionate, gentle, and caring when talking to my daughter. I have seen her interact with other employees and customers while visiting and she treats them the same. She is exactly the kind of employee I would want to hire if I was looking for more staff for my business.

This location specifically is probably the hands down best Panda Express. Food was hot and fresh. Service prompt. The lobby was a lil messy but it was right after lunch rush… This says to me that their product is the priority, as it should be.

IMPOSTER CHICKEN?? Ordered 2 orange chicken bowls, looked totally normal but in each serving there were only a couple pieces of actual chicken, the rest was just fried dough covered in sauce. We presented the fried dough to the staff and they all made faces, then one of them offered us more from the same container. It was more of the same. They mumbled something about a problem with the batter but it was really just missing the chicken. They didn’t throw out the rest, offer to make it correctly or give us our money back. This was just before 2pm. How many people grabbed lunch to go and didn’t realize until after they left? Really pathetic. Pictured is one bowl’s worth of the fried dough, only found 2 pieces of chicken..

I went to this Panda Express, and simply asked for fresh food. The manager Jocelyn slammed my plate on the counter, rolled her eyes, and walked away. When I first showed up, all I needed to wait for was broccoli beef. And then after serving everyone before finishing my plate, I had to also wait for teriyaki and chow mein. This isn’t the first rude encounter with her as well, but this was definitely the worst.

Best Panda Express location in the Willamette Valley. Even though they don’t have a drive thru its always worth going to this establishment over any others and its very clean, food is always fresh and the staff is always the best. No long waits. Their staff member Robert has great customer service skills, I always appreciate this location.

My husband and I love panda like no joke. We found this panda on commercial to be a lot better than the one on Lancaster or turner. But after a couple visits, our stomachs have been hurting more than usual. We have no issue at all with staff or atmosphere. Simply, we just feel like the oil doesn’t gets changed as much.

Every time we get take out, there is an issue. We order noodles, we get rice. We order an entree of chicken and a side of noodles, we get a tiny bit of the entree over fried rice. The food is good, and we like it. The attention to the details of the order are not the best, and we have very picky eaters here that are autistic and can’t deal with certain foods. So disappointing. I guess we will have to physically go in and watch the order be prepared and bagged from now on. Please do better.
