I had such an incredible experience at the Starbucks. The advertisement popped up on my Starbucks app for the frappuccino so I decided to give it a go. Vanilla frappuccino and the strawberry frappuccino were incredible! I did a little bit of customization on the strawberry and it was perfection! I ordered ahead of time on the app and my frappuccino was ready within 5 minutes for the vanilla and due to the customization it took slightly longer for the strawberry but relatively quickly. Service was wonderful. I will definitely be returning this Starbucks knows what they’re doing! Plenty of parking that is free in the parking lot as well, so easy to get in in and out. Make sure to download the app so that you get your stars and rewards!

There was soap in my drink the lady tried to tell me that it was from shaking it but the soap was still sitting in my drink a hour later as someone that has been drinking Starbucks for two years straight I know what my drink is supposed to look like horrible customer service at this location don’t go here

Today Saturday 11/29/2025 I ordered hot caramel macchiato and a ice gingerbread latte blonde espresso and both coffees were not what was ordered or were made incorrectly. There was a long line with only 2 workers in the Starbucks which made no sense. At one point another customer didn’t get one of his coffee’s and when he asked for a refund they made him get back on line which was over 12 customers long. Its bad enough the coffee is expensive and not to get what u ordered is very disappointing and yes get any customer angry while at least me. Starbucks get your act together before you keep losing customer.

I ordered ice mocha in venti 24 oz with no ice.This is the only Starbucks giving me coffee like this. All the others all give me full cup. And It’s only 20 oz. I should’ve just ordered hot one less price then. So don’t order no ice at this store.

Horrible experience here. Brought the family here for a quick grab of coffee and breakfast sandwich. My wife goes up to the cashier to make the purchase and the lady behind the counter was completely unprofessional. First, my wife wanted to use the rewards star app and the cashier somehow didn’t do it properly. When the charge didn’t show up on the app the cashier responded with rudeness saying over and over ‘I don’t know! I don’t know!’
Also, my wife being Southeast Asian and the only one in the shop, the cashier didn’t ask her name for the order. Thus we waited and waited and when no name was called I walked over and found our order but no one said a thing.

I had came back because they gave me the wrong drink which had almond milk that I’m highly allergic too. They changed it no problem but I watched the barista (tall male with locs) make my drink again with almond milk after I told him I’m allergic. He sniffed the drink and had a co worker sniff it then she told him to start over. I watched him give me the same drink. And told him I saw him use almond milk and he thought it was funny and asked “did I?” And just remade the drink.
These workers need to be taught to take their jobs seriously as one day, these ill intentions/carelessness can end up putting someone in the hospital. I’ll never be back here again. This was on 1/1/2024 at 1:15 pm

Ummm they totally didn’t seem to even care about my drink. It was mostly milk not much of the strawberry flavor and you can see clearly by the color of the drink !! It barely pink at all, super disappointed not going to order from this starbucks again :1

Every time I come here it’s something. The last straw was when they told me I couldn’t bring my dog in. I’ve never heard of this. I always go into Starbucks with my little dog and he get a pup cup.

I’ve never had a sad experience in Starbucks. However today was the worst and my peppermint mocha was also. I was in today for gift cards after locating the 6 I chose, I headed to the counter. I stood there waiting for someone, anyone to greet me. Never did. I watched and listened to them laughing and talking. After a while I asked was anyone going to assist me. Not only did I receive a nasty look I was told oh I thought someone else had helped you. No ma’am I’ve been standing here waiting. Even after that I tried being my happy friendly self which wasn’t received well. So I placed my order paid for it and the gift cards and went on my way. I ended up trashing the drink it was disgusting. I hope I never need to visit this location again.
