We ordered and got our food very quickly. Fries were greasy, hardly any mustard on the burgers. Most of the tables were nasty, not wiped clean. In front of the drink machine was nasty, spots of drink all over the counter. I watched an employee go refill napkin dispenser which was located right by the drink machine and she did not clean the counter or the tables. There was someone in the janitors closet briefly while we were there and I figured they were about to clean the tables or something but they also did not clean anything.

Im so disappointed, this Krystal served me almost burnt burgers , and no onions at all, the onions always add flavor to Krystal burgers… definitely wasn’t fresh… Even the bread was hard… Almost like it was made n just been sitting out….

It just feels dirty when you walk in. They s tweed up my order 3 different times and didn’t even ring it up. They don’t listen when I told the 4 Krystal’s. Plain. Only onions. I got a #4 with chili cheese fries and cheese on the burgers. I dont get it. Thought basic elementary skills are required. ♀️

I pulled up at 1am thinking I was just gonna grab “a light snack.” Fast-forward 20 minutes and I’m sitting in my car with a sack of 12 Krystals, a milkshake, and zero shame. These burgers are like little greasy hugs from the universe. I don’t know what’s in the steam, but I’d bottle it and wear it as cologne.
Yes, they’re small. Yes, I ate them like Pringles. No, I don’t want to talk about it.
The real experience, though? Watching your dignity slowly leave your body after burger #7 while whispering “just one more.” By the end, I felt like a warrior… a bloated, slightly sweaty warrior.

I drive a semi their lobby closed at 2 I called them the manager let me and prepared the food and let me sit in the lobby and made sure everything was perfect best customer service in Douglas Georgia the shift manager name is Joshua he is definitely the most polite and courteous manager I’ve ever seen thanks man
