Went here a while back. I’m from the northeast and I know it’s kind of difficult to find bagels around these parts that are good. I don’t personally actively search for them, but the bagels here a pretty good, nothing to boast about, but still good. I got 2 bagels. One was the signature Salmon Sandwich. This was tasty, with the lox spread and capers. Wasn’t overwhelming with the fishiness. Then I also got the Farmhouse Sandwich, if you want the ultimate breakfast sandwich, this is the one to get, it’s got everything and more and the bread is so savory.

I freaking love this place.. The workers are amazing Kat with the K is always super friendly and Julian always makes my food so perfect. I will always come to this bruegger vs the one closest to Raleigh. Quick fast and efficient service. Food is always great… make sure you use your app

I’ve been to this bruegger’s a number of times for YEARS and have never received a bagel like this. I walked in at 1 oclock and nobody else was in the store except another guy who already ordered. All I got was ONE BAGEL with JUST cream cheese. There was nobody else in the store so what is the excuse for such a horrible bagel? This is not New York. I am living in Cary, North Carolina and want a normal freaking bagel. I will not be returning to this location as the quality of the food and service has gone down tremendously.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be a ghost, stop by this place. The staff has perfected the art of pretending you don’t exist. You can stand there for minutes…actual minutes..while they busy themselves with anything but acknowledging you. No eye contact, no “I’ll be right with you..” nothing. Just pure, unbroken silence and the hum of indifference. They seem to believe customer service is an optional feature. I wasn’t expecting a red carpet, but a nod of recognition would’ve been nice. Instead, I got an awkward staring contest with the floor tiles while they prepared food and did not look up. Strange bunch. If this place ever hosts a seminar on “How to Ignore Paying Customers,” they’d sell out instantly..assuming anyone was around to take your order. I’ll just stick to my regular spot at Tryon Woods, which actually knows how to treat paying customers.

Teach your staff some common courtesy & customer service skills especially the young man with the long hair in a ponytail who wears a hat. You will be standing there for several minutes waiting to be acknowledged and he will intentionally ignore you and when you finally inquire about your online order, he is dismissive & rude. Your staff needs to be more accommodating to people who pick up their online orders and to delivery drivers. We are not second class citizens.

This place is filthy. While my sandwich tasted good the tomatoes were yellow. As much dirt and grime was everywhere I am hoping I don’t get sick from it. I didn’t even want to h the credit card machine to pay. Plus the “bagel” is .0001 millimeters thick. Wont be back. Gross.

Had the Smoked Salmon Bagel at Bruegger’s Bagels in Cary, NC and let me tell you—this one understood the assignment from the first bite.
➡️ Hardwood-smoked salmon
➡️ Plain cream cheese
➡️ Juicy tomato, crisp red onions (they came in strong y’all!)
➡️ Capers, all on an Asiago Parmesan bagel
Paired it with a Cold Brew and whew—fresh, flavorful, and balanced just right. The onions had me wide awake, but hey, they knew what they were there to do. ♀️
This combo is definitely giving “treat yourself” vibes.

The worst customer service. I walked in with no one in line was never greeted even though there were 5 people working. I stood at the counter with no one looking up to make eye contact even though they knew I was there. After 5 minutes (yes I was checking my watch) one girl mumbled asking if I was ready to order (I think) to which I responded yes. I continued to wait another 6 minutes when the same girl looked up again to ask if I was ready to order. I said, “yes, I’ve been standing here for over 5 minutes” to which she let me know that I needed to order at the cash register??? I walked over to the cashier who was helping someone and I asked if she was the owner. She said “ no, why?”. I started to answer frustratingly and decided I shouldn’t waste my time here. Got even more frustrated because the cashier said “it’s not that serious”, Never going back and telling everyone I know about this experience. There were a total of 9 people that I could see in the store including myself and 5 workers.

Bruegger’s knows how to make a true bagel. Kettle boiled then finished on a stone hearth, not like some places that just bake theirs in an oven. They’re also made fresh daily.
They have a wide variety of bagels, sandwiches, meals, cream cheeses, etc. Plenty of options for breakfast and throughout the day.
Always one of my go-to breakfast places when one is nearby. This location is in a convenient location, and has an outdoor seating area.
