We had an outstanding dinner experience at Jose’s! The atmosphere was warm and lively, and the menu offered a wide variety of options, making it a challenge to choose. All three of our selections were delicious and beautifully plated, arriving quickly and all at the same time. The service was top-notch. Brittany, our server, was friendly and impressively attentive—she managed the busy post-festival Saturday evening dinner rush with ease and checked in often, but never made us feel rushed. Highly recommend Jose’s Ferrum for great food, great vibes, and outstanding service! Don’t pass it up if you’re in the area.

Always something going on here foods always late and is garbage compared to Rocky Mount owner only worries about Rocky mount location. Waited 45 minutes for my food today after pick up time the guy waiting with me, waited over an hour wasn’t even that busy inside. This is also the second time I’ve had to throw away half my food from this location don’t get me wrong, The Rocky Mount location is pretty good. Never had a problem there.

Great meal at a good price. Server was good and place was clean. We loved there salsa bar and there ribeye steaks. If you love spicy food like I do you need to get the Ribeye Diabla! Portion sizes will not disappoint you! This was my first time here and I will definitely return. The menu is like 8 pages so it will take many trips to try most of their items.

First time coming to this location from Salem and I was blown away. If you come to Jose’s ask for Cam, he got us right! He was all over the place but seemed to carry himself very well and had a great attitude. We ordered the Quesadilla Hawaiian and the Birria Tacos, we were recommended the fresh cheese for the tacos which was spot on. Will definitely be back! The restaurant was busy but we received our food relatively quick but the service was definitely the highlight and our server was the star of the show!

The atmosphere was great, but the bathrooms were very dirty and there weren’t any paper towels. The food took a really long time and when it finally came out it was cold. The ranch they gave me was definitely expired. Overall not a great experience.

We’ve eaten here a couple of times before and always had great food and friendly service, so we were really looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, this visit was a big disappointment.
After being seated, we waited about 15 minutes before anyone even brought us a basket of chips. We made eye contact with several staff members, but no one came by to take our drink or food order. After waiting quite a while longer with no acknowledgment, we finally decided to leave—hungry and frustrated.
It’s a shame, because the food here really is good based on past experiences. Hopefully this was just an off night, but it definitely left a bad taste this time around.
