I’ve had Slices over the years and it’s been really good. But tonight, my mom and I ordered the larger size calzone to split. I opened the box and was astounded. It was HUGE!!!!!! And the flavor was incredible. Highly recommend!

We’ve been consistent customers for a few years now, but recently their delivery drivers are either not trained properly or whoever is dispatching them is not properly monitoring them. Twice in the past few months, the driver has forgotten an item from our order. Tonight it was the biggest part of the order, and we were told another driver would be out with it soon. We had already waited an hour for the food (which was expected on a Friday evening), so I said that was fine and we would wait.
We waited for an additional 45 minutes and the driver still hadn’t shown up. I called a few times and kept being said he was “only a few minutes away” and the people on the phones seemed annoyed that I was calling. I finally called back a final time and asked for a refund. We were also promised a $15 credit on a future order. We made other arrangements for dinner (aka we scrounged around for something out of our freezer), but will likely never utilize that $15 credit as we’ve been burned by forgotten items too many times at this point. There are plenty of other pizza delivery options in the area that we’ll start trying. It’s a shame because the pizza here is good, just be prepared to maybe not receive what you order.
Update: I’ve since contacted management after the refund was not processed via my credit card. They were quick to both apologize and offer to have a driver come to our address with a cash refund. They mentioned some changes they’ve made in the new year to improve customer service and also brought a fresh pizza free of charge. As I said in my original review, their pizza has always been great. After this great experience with their management team, we’ll likely try ordering from Slices again and would encourage others to try it as well.

This is my favorite place for pizza. Been coming here often. Always friendly people working here. If it didn’t make me fat, I’d eat here every other day. Prices can seem high when compared to your typical Papa Johns menu BUT there’s always a deal somewhere so just be on the lookout. Plus it tastes better here.

I always order delivery from here, and they never disappoint! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious, and delivery is prompt every time. They offer a great variety of food, so there’s always something new to try.

We ordered a small cheese steak sub and onion rings.
This was the worst food I have tasted in a long time
Steak was dry and not tasty. The sub had more mayo on it for 3 subs.

The pepperoni pizza slices were good. The atmosphere could be better. The service was fairly quick but they brought the food to the wrong table. The place need to be painted and needs a deep deep cleaning. Everything was dirty. I did see one of the young ladies wiping down a table with a clorox wipe after a family left but hardly got the whole table.

I really do like the pizza, especially because you can customize slices and it’s always fresh & hot, however management needs to revisit health & hygiene policies…while I was waiting for my order the crew, some workers & some looked like friends visiting we using little tooth brush wisps and proceeded to clean their teeth behind the counter….not a good idea or look, needless to say I lost my appetite.

Solid slice of pizza. Don’t think too hard, just order yourself the largest cheese pizza that money can buy and you will not regret it. Very delicioso. Service is good as well. Inside seating area a bit small though so best for takeout

Told me not able to get doordash orders and drop what I was assigned to. Less then 2 minutes later support is telling me store said order almost ready. So I walked in while recording phone call and got a recorded statement of employee lying so doordash canceled the order because that was uncalled for.

A Very nice and clean restaurant, I only had a couple of slices of pizza and a bottle of soda to go, while I was traveling from out of state for work. The cost was acceptable and what someone would pay for a couple of slices. I’d probably would stop in again if I’m in the area in the future.
