This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
There were no plates available, and no one was even behind the cashier when I arrived. The food was dry, clearly old, and just reheated ,absolutely no freshness or quality.
It honestly felt like I was eating leftovers from days ago.
This place is a complete waste of money, and I strongly recommend that no one tries this horrible experience.
Save your time, your money, and your appetite , go anywhere else but here.

First time in and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasteful the space was decorated. Gorgeous art glass hung perfectly on the main wall and gives off a high end vibe.
Service is great! I was greeted with friendly Hello’s and a smile from everyone. The lady who took my order was kind enough to listen to my cravings and gave the perfect recommendation!
The New York Style Lamb Gyro over Rice was delicious and the portion was generous!
Wava Halal Grill is going on my list of Good Eats for when I’m in the area, for sure!

we have been coming to the location (Richardson ) for a years now and it was my to go restaurant for dinner time however, my last experiences mainly from one of your employee was unpleasant and awful.
I usually go for either Tri or Lamb and beef gyro over rice
so i picked up the order and there is usually a guy behind the counter very friendly but last time i went there a rude disrespectful women. I was having a chat with here while waiting for the food to get ready and i did catch her in a lie which was very weird thing to lie about !
anyway when i open the order i found out that the portions are reduced Tremendously that wt am used get so my husband called the place and he was talking to her explained how disappointed he is and guess what she told him ! IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT DONT COME BACK !!!!! she made you loss 2 paying costumers

The cashier was immediately rude and dismissive. While eating, I found a white hair in my food — and shortly after, I became seriously ill with symptoms of food poisoning. I am 8 months pregnant, and this could have put both me and my baby at risk. This is completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene and professionalism were clearly not a priority here. I would strongly caution others against eating at this location.

I tried this place a year ago and i visited today. This place used to be really good but it sucked today! Pathetic food, bland taste not to mention how they have cut down their portion sizes into half. I tried the philly cheesesteak sandwich and chicken shawarma. The size was a joke for what they charged us. I drenched it in sauces to make it flavourful but that didn’t make much of a difference. I don’t know if the ownership changed or what but I’m never going here again! Money wasted

It came with a white yogurt based sauce and a spicy red sauce. The red sauce is SPICY!
