Today’s experience at five guys made me feel like I was in a cartoon–and not in a good way. All we ordered was one regular fry, for $7.29, no burgers or anything that would take a long time to cook. We ordered at 1:17, and by 1:35 we hadn’t heard anything. We asked about our order, to which they said they hadn’t even started. Mind you, the restaurant was relatively empty there were only like 8-10 people in the entire restaurant (as pictured), so it’s not like they were super busy with other orders. Once we finally received our single order of fries about 30 minutes after ordering, we realized they gave us the “little fry” instead of our order of “regular fries,” meaning we paid $7.29 for a much smaller order of fries. After bringing this to the workers attention, they seemed annoyed and reluctantly decided to give us what we paid for. After another 10 minutes of waiting, we received this (see image of brown bag of fries), no apology or sense of feeling bad for the horrible service. They didn’t even bother to give us the fries in their regular container, and just threw some loose fries in the bag. In total, we probably didn’t even receive the fries you would receive in a regular order of fries, and waited around 40 minutes for what we ordered. I’m not one to leave reviews on places, but this was the worst service i’ve received at a restaurant ever.
Oh yeah, and I added a 10% tip at purchase, but I’m not planning on ever making that mistake again lol.

Good overpriced burgers. This place is never bust and I’m pretty sure it not because the food is bad. It’s not that I can’t afford the food, I’m just not sure if I’m willing to pay $10 for a fast food burger regularly. It’s not that good. I’d rather go to In-n-out and spend $6.00 and get a drink and fries. Like I said the food isn’t bad, just over priced in my opinion. This location is pretty cool, my daughter and her friends sometimes go here for lunch since their school is down the street. I cringe every time I get the alert on my debit card. Lol

Very good place to get some fast good food. It gets crowded after 11 am…..with many HS students from the area. At this point you have to allow yourself extra time to get your food.
If you are able to beat the kids you will get very quick service.

Good burgers and frys! Price had gone up a bit since it opened. Still a very good burger spot, cooked to order so it’s always fresh.

Fresh burgers how you want, fresh fries, serve your own drinks. If they didn’t post in plain sight how many calories are in the food alone, a shake would be tempting. Nice service and clean environment.

Great burgers and awesome fries! Friendly staff Covid-19 equipped to the nines with facemasks and gloves. Dinning in is not currently allowed.
Burgers come well stacked when you ask for “all the way” toppings; I personally substitute the mushrooms with jalapenos, offered freshly sliced, either grilled or not.
Fries are cooked in peanut oil, so you might have to skip if you have a peanut allergy. They are available in regular and Cajun style; I can only speak for how deliciousness of regular fries since I haven’t yet tried Cajun style. And the fries are served in paper cups; the small/medium size always seem to “overflow” the cup into the bag more so than the large size.
They offer dozens of drink possibilities from their high tech soda fountains and also serve milkshakes made with realize cream; I’m more of a water person myself.
Normally, by normally meaning before the pandemic, they would have, scoop them yourself into a paper tray roasted/salted peanuts to munch on while you food is made… we.will have to wait until things return to normal before we see them again.
