My family and I eat Pizza Hut very often, but today is my last day. Tried calling the store but no one answered. The app wouldn’t update so I couldn’t track the order. Delivery person left our food outside on the ground in snow. Could have knocked on our door. If no one answered, the next step would be to knock. I gave a tip, but wish I wouldn’t have. Pizza Hut, I am done. It tastes better to make our own pizza at home anyways.

This is the pizza hut that I go to when I order. Tonight there was an Oops with my order. But not only did they fix it but they delivered it back out to me!!! Now THAT’S excellent service!

Ordered the new My Hot Boxes tonight. Topping were fairly plentiful. Would have liked the personal pan pizza to be a little more well done. The side of wings (medium bbq) very good. Great value for the price, $6.99.

Arriving on time, I give my name. One dude says in a low voice, “That’s the green pepper,” refering to me. They then remove the pizza from the wamer oven up front (maybe it was mine, maybe wasn’t: very sus). 10 minutes go by, and they call out something to each other about my wings. Another 5 minutes, order is ready. (15 min extra wait all together).
$1 extra for “classic pan.”
Boneless wings (with chilli sauce) were decent.

Pick up time was 11:40. 12:05 and I still don’t have my order. I don’t entirely blame the employee. You can’t staff one person to cover the lunch shift. Unacceptable, management needs to do a better job scheduling.

I don’t think it’s the greatest pizza and I don’t think it’s the greatest price. But it’s pizza and prices pretty darn well.

Never again will I order from this store. I placed an order and was missing two pops. I left a 25% tip and the whole reason I ordered delivery was to avoid going out, so that was annoying. I called the store threw times and still haven’t really spoken to anyone. I called the number listed for the store and spoke with three different people, they’re not actually at the store. Each time I say I’m missing items from my order, they transfer me to the store and then I just hear an obnoxious dial tone.

GrubHub driver had our pizza in her car for over an hour while picking up more orders. Finally received the order for it to be completely cold and incorrect. Will never get Pizza Hut again and uninstalling GrubHub. Delivery apps have ruined Friday night dinner. Bring back pizza delivery from the actual restaurants!
