This is not a place of kindness due to the owners (Sam and Nicole) and I urge others to avoid ordering from here. I recently placed an order with Dominos via phone on February 8th, speaking with Sam, the owner/operator. He informed me that my order would be ready in 40 minutes. Upon arriving at the designated time, I was required to wait an additional 45 minutes beyond the quoted time. After receiving my pizza, I politely brought this to the attention of the front staff member at the counter, Nicole, suggesting that improved time estimation would be beneficial in the future. Unfortunately, she responded irritably, prompting me to explain how the delay had impacted my family time. She snapped back, “I like spending time with my family too!” and this was followed by her mocking tone and loud remarks, including “Oh, is poor baby upset?!” and “Are you going to cry!?” as she gestured pretending she had tears running down her face for emphasis. This seemed totally out of place as I had not said anything rude or disrespectful toward her. I told that her behavior was unacceptable and reminded her of the importance of treating customers with respect. I never raised my voice or spoke one unkind word but received nothing but hate from Nicole. As I started to leave, she continued to berate me for bringing up the criticism with hateful comments of mocking such as “Oh, the poor baby is sad!” “Go ahead and cry!” Again, raising her fingers to her eyes. All of this was said in front of other customers and employees. I later called the store and spoke to the owner Sam who confirmed that he had been standing right beside Nicole and had witnessed the situation, essentially allowing his employee’s behavior. He never apologized for her behavior or comments. He simply suggested I call corporate and made excuses for the behavior saying they were stressed due to the high orders. Given the horrible nature of the treatment I received and the lack of adequate response from the owner, I intend to file a formal complaint with the corporate office. Nicole’s behavior and Sam’s lack of response and responsibility to his employees behavior is unacceptable.
Updated: Also need to add that Sam and Nicole lied to me and said her name was Susan when I asked what her name was in reference to reaching out to corporate after she had mocked me. I called later and talked to an employee who said there wasn’t a Susan who worked there and that Nicole ran the front desk and was the one that had mocked me. They lied to me in order to avoid accountability. I have reached out to corporate.

I always enjoy ordering from this store. Tonight’s service, despite the impending snowsleeticestorm, was impeccable. Our food came quick and the drivers attitude was overwhelmingly enthusiastic. Thank you all so much for working so hard to be the best pizza in watauga county

We usually have to call in our order because our apartment complex is new and not yet on delivery maps, which we don’t mind at all. This time, we were met with a rude response over the phone and laughed at, they said “that’s funny because we’ve delivered there several times.” When we came in to order in person so we could still take advantage of our coupon, the staff was still unhelpful and dismissive, telling us to order online instead of addressing the issue. Disappointing customer service overall.

Dropped $30 and waited over an hour for Domino’s to bring me… leftovers from Antarctica. My pizza was so cold I half expected to see frostbite. Hot and fresh? More like slow and frozen.
If I wanted to heat my own dinner, I wouldn’t have trusted Domino’s with my money or my time. At this point, a frozen grocery store pizza in my oven would’ve been faster, cheaper, and, frankly, better.
Domino’s didn’t just miss the mark they didn’t even aim. One star for teaching me a valuable lesson: next time, I’ll just cook.

The manager is awesome. Greets everyone with a smile, and is super patient training new employees. Service is always super fast and friendly and the pizza is perfect.
