My husband pre ordered two love you a latte boxes and picked them up today. They were $23 and the drink was not included. The advertisements they used for the boxes and even the video they showed of the flowers ready to be picked up showed very full small bouquets with several different types of flowers in them. The boxes that we received did not look like this at all. They contained only 3 rose stems and some filler. On top of this when my husband picked them up the barista was very rude and impatient because he needed help with drink suggestions for his order. We drove almost 30 minutes for these and spent $50, this is unacceptable. When I called about this issue the girl on the phone was also very rude but did refund my order. Here are the pictures we received vs. what they advertised on social media. I was very excited about these and I am upset that this turned into such a disappointing experience.

Stopped by Nickel & Bean on our way from Columbus to Cleveland. It looked interesting so we swung by to check it out. I’m so happy we did. Loved this place from the moment we got out of the car. Great back patio with people hanging out. Walked in and noticed right away that the place was very clean. Love that. Ordered a cold and a hot Latte. Plus a huge chocolate chip cookie (with salt? ) All were delicious. There was lots of seating split between 3 rooms. Couch and chairs for groups, table for 2 … Very nice atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Overall A++ for Nickel & Bean. I wish there was a place like this near me.

Got the cookie butter latte and vanilla iced coffee and mango smoothie. All perfect. Also got a tasty sea salt chocolate chip cookie. Service was quick and the indoor space was nice. We stopped before going to Snow Trails.

My husband and I were recommended this shop by our doctor. With only going to this place two times, we found ourselves leaving with numerous items due to the diversity of options, the amazing taste, and quality of items. We live over 30 minutes away and plan on visiting at least once a month (hopefully more!)
I got the white chocolate mocha and it tasted better than any coffee place I have tried thus far (and I drink a lot of coffee).
My husband got the white mocha with raspberry and a caramel latte and said they were the best he’s ever had (he’s a serious coffee drinker too).
While all of the food items we got were 5 stars in all categories, the peaches and cream Danish was created by the hands of God and the breakfast sandwich was delivered by angels.
The staff was super friendly and offered amazing suggestions, hence us leaving with multiple heavy bags.
Overall, this place is amazing and I wish I lived closer, but will happily make the trek as often as possible. Thank you for your small business. We can tell you are a beacon of the community and put all of your heart into it.

I’m new to coffee. Apparently once I hit kid number six I couldn’t endure without caffeine anymore. So I tried out all the local coffees shops and I enjoyed them all. But Nickel & Bean is the best I have had so far. I’ve tried a good amount of coffee types but my favorite is a maple syrup iced latte with oat milk. The flavor is perfect!

Nickel & Bean is by far the nicest café (and food place in general) I’ve ever been in. The restroom is very clean, everything is well-maintained and neatly organized, the entire café smells wonderful, and the staff are very kind. I have yet to try their food, but overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere! I will definitely be returning to this place soon.

Nickel and Bean is our FAVORITE coffee house, ever!!! We feel so lucky to have such a cool place this close to home. The coffee is great. The food is amazing. We love how they have fun seasonal specials, and everything we’ve tried has been soooo yummy! The staff is 10/10. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. We’ve become regulars, and the girls have our orders memorized. Angels!!!

Whenever I can I stop here, and everytime all the staff is really friendly and welcoming. I am normally shy but they are super nice. I always feel comfortable ordering. My favorite is the cinnamon roll and matcha!!

Stopped here on my way home from Dayton, I got the only sandwich on the menu- the biscuit was good I didn’t care for the sauce what so ever so I suppose if I stop again ill just get a pastry! The place was cute and I cant wait to stop and try some coffee smells great. And quick!
