We stopped in on a Saturday around lunchtime. There were only 2 gentleman working, one named Jordan, and they were incredibly busy. They were very kind, helpful, and honest despite being completely overwhelmed working the drive thru, mobile orders, and walk-in orders. Jordan stayed cool, calm, and collected to all the guests all while apologizing for the delay and the inability to order soup due to equipment malfunction. He consistently had a smile on his face and was doing a great job communicating guidance to his co-worker and to each guest.

I typically love Potbelly. The restaurant was so cold inside we could see our breath. The man preparing my sandwich today was wearing gloves, dropped his phone on the ground, picked his phone up off the ground, wiped his phone off with a paper towel and continued to put toppings on my sandwich with his contaminated gloves. This definitely warranted a glove change and he did not. I will not be returning to this location.

don’t get me wrong, the food is great and i come here very often. however, last time i went i found a hair in my sandwich while eating. i reached out to customer service and they never got back to me about it. i came here again today, and noticed they have a girl working who just doesn’t bother to put her hair up. this is NOT acceptable working in a kitchen – no way should a girl with long hair have it down while handling food. this needs to be addressed!

Spent $25 here and somehow didn’t even get the large drink I paid for. How do you mess up something that basic? Food prices keep going up and the service keeps going downhill. If I’m paying that much, I expect my full order. especially the easiest part of it. No apology, no fix, just walked out shorted. Do better, because this is ridiculous. I DONT RECOMMEND OR GO BACK

Never had a bad experience at potbelly till today, waited 30 minutes behind 6 people in line to get my order taken, waited another 15 on my sandwich that was misplaced to get to my table and realize the the bacon was burned, lettuce soggy and the avocado was just plain gross. Will definitely not return to this location, and would advise that others don’t as well, due to the fact they had a tray of lunch meat sitting out on a pan at room temperature for the whole hour i was there.

I believe it was my first EVER experience going to a Potbelly. I don’t know if it would have been as enjoyable if it were not for the enthusiasm that our server Dakota had and the energy he had… The food was neat got a couple of the combos (skinny turkey and skinny chicken) love the sides you can try and in the world of everything costing more it’s nice when the toppings don’t cost more….other than the cleaniness of the establishment I would definitely give it a 5 out of 5 but due to the overflowing trash cans and the two specialty drinks being out I will sadly bump it down to a 4 out of five…. definitely somewhere I would go back to if come across another in my travels to try something else.

Usually the food is great but last night I got a chicken pot pie bowl of soup it was half full. The sandwich I got, the BLAT was burned as well as the bacon on the sandwich. Customer service was okay I’d rather not the staff poach the reward points off of customers it’s just trashy.
