The chicken fingers were neither warm nor fresh when they came out. It came out really quickly which is not a good sign because it means it was just sitting there and probably had been for a while. The fries were decent. The workers seemed a bit inept and confused for no reason and I don’t know if it’s just that they lack training or if the processes that they have to work with are ineffective.

I am an out of towner who has had Zaxby’s in the past. I am a fan. I am not one who ever writes a yelp review. I just wanted to give a shout out to the store, when I asked for crispy fries, they went above and beyond. They seasoned them well and they are absolutely perfect. Service was fast and we are happy with everything that we got-the store is really clean and the people were really really nice.

Ordered what most people would get & I’m disappointed. Tenders were chewy and felt like they were sitting there for a bit. & really scrawny. Fries were solid nothing crazy. Not sure if I’ll be back honestly. Tons of other good chicken finger spots out there this would be last on my list.

The young man at the drive thru was professional when we had an issue with my card reading error. Got the manager and he was polite and helped with the issue. Very impressed

Ordered curbside. Showed up on time and checked in. Nothing. Waited 10 minutes. Checked in again. Nothing. Went inside, e people waiting to order. Another 5 minutes before anyone in the lobby was even acknowledged. Of course, the food was half cold by the time I got it

This Zaxby’s is simply THE BEST! I live in the area and have visited multiple times, each time greeted by the kindest staff.

There was an employee’s kid running around the place, in the kitchen and pushing a high chair thru the dining room with a blanket and bear, spoke Spanish. Tried to engage us while eating. Distracting.
