This location has messed up my food a lot over the years, but nothing comes close to today. We pulled up to the speaker and my boyfriend ordered my drink which was a medium berry burst energy. What popped up on the screen was not how it usually shows, so he asked again if they got that drink. The guy responded saying they no longer have berry burst, they have blackberry. I understand that they no longer serve that item, but he did not even tell us ahead of time so I almost paid for the wrong drink. When we pulled up to the window, they gave us our drinks. Usually at this point they also give us our donuts, and then we wait for the rest of our food, instead the guy at the window asked us to pull forward and they would bring our food out to us. I have never been asked to pull forward at this location, but I understand wanting to get people in and out quickly. We pulled forward and waited 10 minutes for our food. A girl brought out one bag, and i knew right away something was wrong because donuts and hot food are usually serves in separate bags. We opened the bag and sure enough there were no donuts. My boyfriend got out of the car and ran back inside to get them. Once we got on the road, we started to eat our food. My boyfriend had gotten a croissant breakfast sandwich, but when we opened the wrapper it was on an english muffin instead. I’ve gone to this location my entire life and have never seen any of the people working today, so I believe a good portion of them are still in training. I am very disappointed with the service I received, and i’m upset I paid for a sandwich that wasn’t even made right.

I’m usually not the type of person to leave bad reviews, but in this case, I can’t let this go! Today I bought two hot coffees, an old-fashioned donut, and a vanilla long john. When I got home, the coffee was disgusting, and the donut was probably more than three days old. I honestly can’t believe they would sell something like that.

I provided this location yet another chance after never receiving my custom cake, or before that receiving burnt hash browns. They always fail. This place needs new management and crew. A fresh start. Yesterday I ordered a couple of sandwiches one wasn’t available so I substituted for a grilled cheese. Burnt, hard bread, cheese was melted all over the bread, some missing from it being left too long to melt. Manager always provides excuses thinking people want free food for complaining, when in reality we just want a place close to work to rely on, for those early hard to get food days. Shame on Dunkin for not pushing them to meet up to Dunkin’s standards. I definitely will not give them any more of my money. I should’ve listened to my coworkers on this one.

I ALWAYS have problems at this location. Today I was told how I had to get my order. I typically order the snacking bacon for protein and I don’t like to eat cold meat because it gives me gas and honestly that’s pretty disgusting so I typically get it warmed up today I was told they can not do that I responded by telling them I will not be forced to eat cold meat, if I’m paying I should be able to get my food how I like. They refused to accommodate me and my request

I orderd a strawberry shortcake smoothie and it tastes like regular milk thats spoiled… I had everyone in the car taste it and they all smelled and tasted it and said it tastes and smelled spoiled.. This location definitely has stepped up there coffee game. Someone is training the employees how they should be trained To make coffee. I stopped going here for a bit. If Mateo wasn’t there when I went in I would walk out but I gave it a shot with someone else and well they killed it. I can finally come back to my DD.

I ordered a simple black coffee every single morning and they never failed me once. I was a store manager at the T-Mobile across the street and I no longer will be working there and I do not live in the area. I will miss this Dunkin so much. Everyone is sooooo friendly and just flat out amazing. I appreciate you all so much and I will miss you guys lol. Thank you for everything. It’s been an amazing year getting phenomenal service from you guys. God bless yall.

I love dunkin coffee, but this location is so inconsistent. Some days the coffee is good, but other days it’s so not good, it’s frustrating. My husband just picked up two caramel iced machiattos and there was barely any espresso in it. He even paid for extra shots, but definitely didn’t get them in our drinks. On days when we get regular iced coffees it’s the dame scenario. Very hit or miss on whether they are good or not.
