Three months ago, I gave this location five stars. I genuinely liked it and came here often. Today? I wouldn’t feed this place to a stray dog.
From the moment I pulled up, it was a disaster. Employees were literally outside smoking something off tin foil, then casually walked back in and went to work. That alone should shut a place down — but it got worse.
At the register, they took my card out of my hand and told me I wasn’t allowed to use the PIN pad myself. Then they insisted the only way I could pay was by telling them my PIN code — which is absurd, unsafe, and shady as hell. Because I refused (as any sane person would), they told me I had forced them to throw out my food.
Except… they didn’t throw it out.
They sat there and ate my meal right in front of me.
That was the moment this place lost me for good. From five stars to zero in three months — that’s how far this location has fallen. It’s filthy, it’s unsafe, it’s unprofessional, and now it’s flat-out untrustworthy.
I will never come back here again.
This isn’t a fast-food restaurant anymore — it’s a circus run by people who don’t care and don’t belong in customer service. If corporate has any standards left, this store should be audited immediately.

I went here last night because I wanted a proper affordable California style double burger and some chicken tenders. Ordering the food didn’t take that long but the wait was ridiculous. I speak a little Spanish and the staff was just shooting the breeze which again is okay. Fast-forward to getting home my double burger has only one patty after waiting 20 minutes that kind of threw the vibe for the night. Something is always wrong with my order from this place which it wasn’t because CJ’s used to be my favorite fast food joint.

This location is by far the worst. I stopped going to this one many years ago and last night my kids wanted onion rings so I decided to go to this one as it was the closest. The visit reminded me why I avoid this location. Although the crew is mostly friendly, it is clear they are overwhelmed and rushed. They must have a policy that only allows 2 workers to be scheduled at a time, 1 taking orders for drive thru/ counter/packing orders and one on the grill making the orders. This makes the wait time ridiculously long, it does not matter if you are the only car in the drive thru, expect to wait at least 15+ min.
Never have I ever gone here and NOT had an issue. My order was simple, a cheeseburger KIDS MEAL and 6 piece chicken start meal w/ onion rings. I repeated my order 3 times and they kept entering it wrong, when i got my food it only contained the cheeseburger, onion rings and extra burger I did not order. No receipt was ever provided, when I asked for them to correct it, they caught an attitude as if I ordered wrong and packed the wrong food SMH. No more CJs from this location for me.

I ordered a big burger with cheese plain and three spicy chicken sandwiches. The big burger was a special order so they had to make that the fresh but the spicy chicken sandwiches on the other hand were not. I was wondering why it was so touched she eat a sandwich sense I don’t have any teeth lol and now my daughter sees her burger looks like somebody took a bite out of it wow

Gave this location another chance, was drawn in because of coupons. Yet disappointed again! In of the burger in my order was half smashed and my large fried was less than full and also smashed. Very upsetting after spending $30!! Won’t be returning!
I love Carl’s but not this location. They messed up my order and food. I ordered a famous star combo, my burger had an onion, two pickles and ketchup and mustard. I substituted a drink in another combo for a large milkshake but got a large drink and small shake. Out of the three combos they gave us two medium fries and one small. To top it off my diet soda tasted funny.

Unfortunately this is not the first time that I order from this place and they send me what they want and not what I asked them when I make the order. Is annoying because they are charging for the food, is not like I’m getting this for free, I understand racism is getting worse every day but this is ridiculous, I’m a customer and I deserve better service or my money back.

Came here at 12 afternoon on a Tuesday, ordered chicken sandwiches and a combo with the coupon we had. Very friendly customer service, waited about 10 minutes for food. Chicken sandwiches were surprisingly pretty good, it’s like an uptier McChicken from McDonald’s. Six dollars for the sandwich, $10 for the combo. Prices are a little high in my opinion but we did enjoy yourselves. Ate in the parking lot
