Being we were in the area about 2 1/2 hours away from home, we dropped in for an early dinner.
It was about 10:45 when we arrived it was busy but not too crowded.
My wife loves the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, but I’ve never been too much of a fan.
We had a party of six and was seated at the front in the big round table. The store was super clean and very inviting.
Our waitress is one of the best waitresses she checked on us countless times and had a smile and a personality that made her seem just like family. Ms.Anaria was a wonderful waitress and kind soul.
The food was hot and came out fast, it was really good. With all the stuff going across the news here lately about this restaurant, i’m pleased to say that this was probably the best Cracker Barrel I’ve ever visited.
Great job, guys.We really enjoyed our experience here.

Came in to get out of traffic and the storm this past Sunday. Our server Josh S. was so nice! He made sure we had everything we needed and made helpful suggestions on ordering. I ordered the pot roast which was very tasty..but was lukewarm, my mom ordered the chicken breastfeeding dinner because they were out of everything with a bone-in. Her chicken was a little dry…but still flavorful. Despite that everyone was really nice…

CB is a favorite of mine, love the free biscuits. This one had a roaring fire, all the classic/vintage goodies on the wall, and the store! Love the deer mount. Why a the CEO wanted to remove Old Timer is beyond me (she’s not from TN)

Large parking lot. No wait. Delicious food…minus the beignets. We had grits, eggs, bacon, and biscuits. All delicious. Great customer service. Everything was exactly what you would expect from a cracker barrel.

I have been coming to cracker barrels across the country for years. There is typically is a problem with something including being lied to by the waiter in North Carolina. Everything was five stars for me, and I am full of hope that this is a new trend across America for customer satisfaction.

Cracker Barrel is a restaurant we love in the USA. Stopped here at this location on January 3rd 2026. Worst experience from the very start the hostess was rude and dismissive. We were seated at a dirty table in which she did a half arsed job at cleaning. Almost every table in the place was filthy and filled with dirty dishes. Overall a very unpleasant dining experience.
I do want to note that the food tasted great and our waiter was polite and attentive. The kitchen staff seemed to be coming out eventually and trying to clear tables. I spent many years in the restaurant industry and I feel that when you have two hostesses they should be capable of assisting with clearing and preparing tables. And the floor was very messy. Upon our exit one of rhe hostess was on her phone playing and the other one with the attitude was sitting behind her with an unpleasant look on her face.

Our server was great, the food was good. However what I didn’t like was that the couple sitting next to us had their dog sitting at the table with them and was feeding him. While I know service animals are allowed, under no circumstances should they be sitting at the table in a public restaurant. That is a huge concern for someone with severe pet allergies to sit at that table after them because animals constantly shed and leave pet dander behind. When they left I didn’t see employees sanitize or disinfect with anything but the same rag they used to wipe the other tables.

I’ve never been to a bad Cracker Barrel before this one. I was hoping to have a good birthday meal, but that was not to be. The server did her best and was very kind and apologetic, but it’s obvious the management and the kitchen are a problem. Waited over a half hour for eggs. Patrons around me were missing items that didn’t come for a while. One family got up and left after no one took their order 15 mins after sitting down. And all this when the restaurant was not even a third occupied.
As we were leaving one of the employees came in reeking of weed. Real classy.
Don’t even bother with this place.

CONNOR was great! Did not have to ask for anything. Orangeburg, SC Cracker Barrel we had to ask twice for silverware drinks and after one was served she said they were out of the other’s order! There were empty tables. Waited for biscuits and instead brought corn muffins.
