Noodles and company was good. Their service was polite and the atmosphere was welcoming. Pictured: Steak stroganoff, Caesar salad and Korean BBQ meatballs with sparkling water

First time here and the food was great. I wish there was more chicken in the meal but I didn’t complain. I wish it was warmer in the restaurant.

I grabbed a late lunch via Grub Hub. I am usually a fan of the dishes there but the Korean BBQ meatballs and Garlic soy noodles were too salty to enjoy. The side of parmesan broccolli was the highlight for me.

The food is as expected but the service is why I am leaving this review. Ly was busy doing many things but simultaneously noticed me waiting, provided patience as I decided, and held a calm and polite disposition. I waited for my meal in my car, and before I made it past the door to pick it up, he met me with my order in his hands. Almost as if he would bring it to my car, when that was not the service requested. That went above my expectations and for that he should get a raise!

The food of this place is always tasty and affordable. Customer service in this particular place is great, workers are always happy to help you with your order or with whatever you need. I always get spaghetti and meatballs with extra meatballs. Chicken parmigiana is great too. Recommend this place if you want to grab something quick, tasty and affordable. Pretty relax atmosphere

This tasted like school cafeteria food. The noodles were overdone and soggy, barely any flavor, and the chicken quality was like a sponge. Very disappointed in this meal and will not be ordering from here again. This was the equivalent of a kids microwave meal. Giving 2 stars because the spinach and tomatoes were edible at least.

I come here a lot lately because my son is gluten free and their Pad Thai is GF. The service is consistently good. I usually order pick up and then we sit in the restaurant to eat. The reward system on their app is very good and the app is very easy to use. The restaurant is generally clean. We were here two days ago and one of the blinds was broken but now it’s fixed, which is a good sign that they keep up with maintenance! The food isn’t always consistent. Sometimes the taste is different and I notice sometimes that ingredients are missing, but overall we like it.

Not a bad spot to grab a quick bite. Quality of food varies a bit more than typical but usually at least worth the price. Last visit their scanner wasn’t working so it made their rewards program useless; surprising considering how strongly they push it. Instead of the $3 off coupon I had in the rewards program, I got a free drink – just a bit over $2 so not completely even, but at least an attempt was made.

I paid $34 for delivery! I asked the person taking my order if the servings were nice size and she said yes! I only got a regular bowl because she said it was the largest! We I received it it was a half of a 6” bowl that a 5 year old would get! A total waste of money! The people had me on hold for 30 minutes trying to connect me to a manager… They don’t want to do my refund!

Noodles and Company offers noodles&pasta, soups, salads, sandwiches, drinks, desserts and extras. I ordered Pork BBQ sandwich which is a toasted ciabatta roll loaded with slow-braised pork, colorful coleslaw and barbecue drizzle but instead of coleslaw, I changed it for a chicken noodle soup. The sandwich was perfect. It was delicious and juicy and oozed with flavor. While the soup was good for a kind of weather outside that night. We stayed in the restaurant enjoying our meal until the storm stopped. Overall dining experience in Noodles and Company is 4/5.
