I placed an online order for 3 drinks- two teas and a frappe. I got a treinta iced green tea because I was able to use my stars for a free drink. The order was in progress when I arrived and I was able to pick up my drinks. The people working were very nice. The difficult part was getting out of the parking lot. It’s a little tight.

Standard Starbucks, nothing super exciting about it. It seemed clean and the bar area was pretty. Leaving samples out for long periods seems not the most sanitary thing. Both of our drinks weren’t really what we asked for, a little too sweet or too heavy on cream and the barista was correcting my partner on what he ordered. So a little odd.

This Starbucks location has a friendly staff, clean interior, and your order is filled in a timely manner. This location is right across the street from ECU’s Life Sciences and Biotechnology building. Ample parking though if you part in front of the building you may be blocked in by the drive thru line. Great place to stop and very convenient for ECU students.

Well..still wont go back..its ashame because I ALWAYS tipped 100 percent but you have one employee who was quite rude to me not once but twice so now I WILL not return to that location..I drive 2 miles to go to another coffee store..NOT starbucks..im so disappointed..I work customer service as well..so sad..you lost a valuable customer who was good to your employees

I came through the drive through at around 12pm today. Very few people were in the drive through, maybe like 3 so there was no rush. I ordered a venti hot white chocolate mocha. It’s the one thing I can order and like, and that I can tolerate after my taste changing because of Covid. I pay my almost $7 for my coffee and go home. I can’t drink my drink because it’s so hot and so I didn’t realize until I got home that I had a $4 hot chocolate. I tried calling for like five minutes and nobody picked up. I’ve had so many problems with this Starbucks in the past, I’m past the point of returning. Save your money and time and go to a different Starbucks.

Gone are the days when you could bring Fido into the store. I’m sorry they changed their policy. We used to enjoy a nice cool drink on a hot day and a pupaccino. Now we will find a new place. It was a good “run” St. Arbucks.

Amy is a professional diligent, worker, very alert to help out where she sees needs to be customer satisfaction, and awesome attitude beautiful smile, welcoming customers. If a problem arises the satisfaction, she quickly intervenes to solve the problem. The customer wants to come back and a lot of times I’ll come up to her and apologize and thanks.
I enjoy studying there since the atmospheres so pleasant and the workers work together well a good atmosphere in the store!
