This Burger King was very clean, the food was neat and hot very delicious burgers. They give the fast in fast food I didn’t wait too long for my food. Came here on my lunch break, the service was fast I didn’t have to wait long for my food, the atmosphere was clean and friendly the tables was clean I was able to dine in. The food was good everything I order was correct nothing was wrong or missing. The employee that was upfront greeted me with a smile she was very polite, the service was great I will definitely be coming back again on my lunch break.

Usually, the grossest burger king around. Hairs in food, dirty dining room, long waits, exceptionally poor service, and I guarantee you’ll receive cold food. I like Burger King a lot, and somehow, this is the worst one in Massachusetts.

Walked in cause I have trouble hearing in drive thru. Waited with another woman in line in front of me to place her order. Person running drive thru also had to run other registers going back and forth. I understand that takes time, no worries there, so I waited. Few minutes later I place my order and before she’s finished with me, told me the price of my food and walked back to the drive thru. Didn’t get my order ticket or even wait to see if my card went through. So I couldn’t confirm everything with my order. Filled my drink but there weren’t any lids and only a few straws left at the station. The woman who was before me got her order, checked it and asked for napkins, and the employee said they had none. Customer walks off shaking her head. She brings my order over I ask for a lid and she gets one from the drive thru section and I head to a table to check over my order before leaving. I ordered a double whopper plain, just burger and bun. Not a fan of all the toppings and cheese doesn’t agree with me. So when I open and see it with cheese on it I head back to the counter and say, “I ordered this plain and it has cheese on it, I can’t have the cheese”. She looks at me bewildered and says that’s not what you ordered you said plain which is just all the toppings. We go back and forth a few times which has never happened before at any place I’ve ever ordered from, until she spins the computer terminal towards me with a very nasty and raised voice saying “plain is just minus these!” I finally said the hell with it, I’m not waiting it and knew someone I was visiting would eat it. But now I’m out my dinner, I have no money left to get anything else so now I’m having a dinner of Dr Pepper and French fries. I’ve had issues at this location before and it’s been almost a year since I had been back here, doesn’t seem like this place will change. Location and the company doesn’t seem to care anymore so I just won’t be coming back again, simple as that. Which is a shame because I preferred there burgers to McDonalds.

Go elsewhere for real . Waited 12 minutes to get my food.They had 5 people that ordered through drive-thru wait in front of door for food, and 2 people behind me got their food before me . This is highly disorganized, and they need better service . The workers attitude were not desirable either. No sorry for the wait ,no greeting or goodbye , just horrible

It’s fairly fast and the Whoppers are tasty. On 2-15-20 his one had a number of new employees which slowed things down, but the sale price on 2 Whoppers was a great deal!
