Jaide and her staff are incredible! My husband, daughter, and I come for breakfast every week before grocery shopping and every time we have a perfect experience. Jaide even remembers our order and helps new staff ring it in correctly before we even get to the register. Her team is able to quickly and efficiently manage long lines in the drive thru while also managing those who come inside with ease. This location is by far the best in the city

Jade is truly amazing, and her customer service is wonderful. She and her dream team (Adrien, Penny, and everyone else) always greet you with a smile and bring such a positive energy. Their work ethic is outstanding, and it really shows in everything they do. It’s such a pleasure to interact with a team that genuinely cares about their customers.
There are also other team members and managers who have since moved on to new opportunities, and they did an incredible job as well!

I had to take time to come on here and say, I thought there was no hope for this place, as my past visits hadn’t been very pleasant. (Order mistakes, slow service, (long lines) it was just a mess!
UNTIL… I was on this side in town on Friday and I didn’t have a choice, I needed coffee. (And food)
I seriously had to do a double take when I walked in! Is this even the same Tim Hortons?!
Instant coziness when you walk in! Like a coffee shop should be. The store was immaculately clean, some cute decorations had been placed up.. Like I don’t know who? But somebody clearly cares now about this place. 100% improvement on appearance. Like a completely different coffee shop.
Onto the staff.
Everyone was moving at a steady pace. Everyone had a job. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing. (Without looking completely frazzled ) Orders were being taken and items being handed out the window. They were even smiling and laughing. Enjoying their work.
I immediately got greeted with a “Good morning” as a cheerful lady was there at the counter to take my order. (it honestly took me a minute, because I was in shock at what was all happening.).
Everything about this visit was perfect!
My food was made fresh to my standards, my coffee piping hot with perfect flavor.. AND friendly and courteous staff?! Where am I.
I usually don’t take the time to write reviews .. but the commitment for improvement , that has taken place at this Tim’s location definitely needs to be recognized! I will for sure be swinging by this way again!

Visiting this location after a bad morning turned my whole day around! Jaide was great at helping me pick out the right combo and was super friendly and got the service done very quick. I also noticed how clean it was and you don’t find that at a lot of fast food places anymore!

I stop by this coffee shop a few times a week, and it’s always such a pleasant experience. The staff are consistently friendly. they greet me with a smile every time, and that means a lot these days. My coffee is always made just they way I order it. They hustle so I’m not waiting. It’s nice to see a place run with that kind of energy. It’s become one of my favorite spots to start the day. good coffee, good people, and a nice atmosphere.

I don’t know why we keep going back, except that it’s close. The menu is so simple, yet they rarely ever get it right. How can one order “English muffin” yet get a bagel? They are often out of whatever donut we want and the coffee is never consistent. With all of the other great coffee shops in the area, how do these guys stay in business?

This Tim Hortons is fantastic. I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. They always get my special ice coffee order correct and the coffee is always good and fresh. Everyone there is extremely kind…Tay and Adrien are my favorites. Tay and Adrien are extremely personable and always friendly… I can go to another Tim Hortons that is closer to me…but I chose to come to this location. They are the best

I absolutely love Tim Hortons, my fiancé and I go to Tim Hortons on (Reynolds and Dorr) Every morning and sometimes twice a day. We haven’t missed a day in over a year. The staff is Amazing!! Jaide, Aaron, Amber, Christina, Angel and Penny work together like a well greased machine. Our beverages are always made just as expected, and the bake goods are always fresh. There is never a long wait (drive thru goes fast) I really enjoy waking up and going to Tim Hortons! I prefer to go to the Reynolds location(always know what to expect) original blend 7 sugars and four creamers taste great! Go to the other Tim Hortons and ask for the exact same thing and it taste different? Tim Hortons on Reynolds and Dorr❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️My favorite coffee shop

I was out doing some errands and wasnt feeling great. My blood sugar was dropping fast and I stopped at the drive thru for a muffin and a decaf. I get most people dont get decaf, but I like coffee and I have a heart arrhythmia that prohibits me from having full caffeine. The woman at the drive thru asked how she could help and I started with an XL decaf with…before I could get it out she said they didnt have decaf and she wasnt making any…then I said ok how about a blueberry muffin. She said they were out of muffins and too bad it just wasnt my day and then said good bye. I waited a few minutes uses to see if she was going to ask if there was anything else, but nothing but crickets. Worst experience ever. Will never ever go there again. Smh.
