This is a TOP #1 restaurant. I have never enter an fast food restaurant as clean and spacious as this one. The food was fresh and abundant, the service was very kind and patience even when we had a hard time deciding with our kids.
They even have a playground for kids, and mines really enjoy it as soon as we arrived. I highly recommend this beautiful spot. Even the music was calm and not that loud as others restaurants. I don’t have any complaints about the experience or anything else. We will definitely come back again.

Nice, clean, and friendly staff. The order was done in about half of the time that the app said it would be ready in (6min.. so ready in 3min). Not really in the area much, but if they are like that all the time then it is a great place to grab food on the go. Thankyou Chick-fil-A

Why is it that CFA employees always want you to thank them and then tell you its “their pleasure”? A simple Google search will show you that the average CFA owner is in the top 5% of US income, benefitting greatly from the overpriced chicken pieces they sell. CFA should be thanking you as you walk through the door, not you thanking them at the counter.
Let’s face it, a whole rotisserie chicken at any supermarket is $4-7, but a small piece of just a chicken breast from CFA is sold for $7. Coupled with sugar water and potato bits (this CFA location provided cool pieces of waffle fries in my order), they are getting $12 out of you. Unfortunately I made the mistake of trying the new seasonal tortilla soup because it was cold out, definitely not a fan.
The chicken is OK at CFA, or safe as I like to say. I am extremely disappointed in several recent fry purchases at different CFAs. It is not likely that I will ever stop at this location again. CFA you need to be consistent, don’t give out peppermint candies at one location and not at another. Your food makes everyones breath stink, give out mints at all locations or none.
Finally, fix the open exposed electrical box/wires inside the restaurant by the bathroom.

I would love to give 5 starts but can only give 3 because of there lack of basically doing their job. Description below,

Visit this location at least 10-15 times a week buying food for myself and others. At least 1 out of 3 times they do not put in the bag what you ask and pay for. I’ve called, I’ve asked and I’ve been patient. It’s happen dozens of times. So it’s now time for this review. You have to sit in their drive-thru and check your bag before pulling away. This is very rude to the person behind you however it’s necessary with this Chic-Fila. CHECK YOUR BAG.

Update 06/19/2025

Not much has changed here. Ordered two large fries today and both were half full. I literally combined both and had one large fries. See picture. I pulled away before checking and I should have know better.

Update 08/01/2025

Still no noticeable improvements. Employees still forget to put your food in the bag that has been paid for. You get home to realize that your food is not in the bag. Why don’t I check my bag before I pull away you think?! Well because I am manner-full and want to be polite to the people sitting behind me waiting. Besides, the employees should be trained to just simply, PUT THE FOOD IN THE BAG!

The owner apparently couldn’t care less about these reviews and the reputation of his business as he never reply’s.

One thing is for sure though and that is that Cambridge is growing and this is not the only place to go now for decent quick drive through food. I am thankful that

I’d like to give a shout out to the staff and management team of this restaurant location. I had an issue with my bank account this morning and was not able to pay for my entire order. Slightly embarrassing, but we’ve all been there at one point or another. I paid for some hash browns with cash and went about my day, only to be surprised in the parking lot with the rest of the food I ordered. I think it is important to give this review, as we are living in extremely difficult times. Personally, these last two years have been devastating for myself and child. I’ve undergone 2 brain operations to remove tumors, and though I should be resting, life doesn’t stop. So, I’m out here trying to make things happen. We would not have gone without today, but thank you for thinking of us. The truth is, we never really know what others are going through and I hope my review inspires anyone who reads it to work on being more considerate of and kind to others. It’s hard. I am a work in progress myself. The Director’s decision to make sure we had something to eat is an act of generosity I won’t forget, especially being employed in a world of corporate greed. I hope Chick Fil A is treating all of you well on paper. Bless.

This location is ABSOLUTE trash. The cool wrap is so soggy I took one bite and can’t eat it. The literally just open a few hours ago. Got food at 10:45am, I always order the cool wrap from Easton so I could tell automatically it wasn’t made today. This is ATLEAST 2 days old. Never have I ever got a cool wrap and the wrap it’s self fall apart after taking one bite from being so soggy. They originally gave my husband the wrong order so again he had to go inside like he had to do the last time he went there. I door dashed from there and order nuggets and tenders for my kids and they forgot ALL of the sauces. How do you forget sauces when the order is ALL NUGGETS AND TENDERS! How hard is your job? Read the ticket, put correct items in bag, it’s not rocket science. Do not waste your time at this location. 3rd times a charm for me will never ever be returning. Hire proper employees and get rid of the trash you all got there.

Really really really wished you opened at 6 AM like the Eastern location. Myself and several of My friends and neighbors who live on the eastern shore have to travel frequently over the Bay bridge and we all leave early and your location is never open when we come through so we have to go to Easton instead or head up to Starbucks right down the shopping center from you

I’ve been to several locations in the region and this one blows them all away. They hire at younger ages and they’re well trained in their customer service. Always greeted with a smile. It’s always clean and I’ll continue to support this location for years to come.
