Grew up eating pan pizza. Haven’t had very many good experiences as an adult. Have ordered two pan pizzas from this location, totally different toppings, Two different times of day… Fantastic! Plenty of toppings, Crust was fantastic, spot on the flavor. Will be back

Worst food experience I have ever had. Pizza was horrible all dough, no toppings. Customer service was horrible. I told worker I order 2 things of breadsticks, what she brought was some cold breadsticks and sauce. Wish I could rate experience a 0. Pizza hit will never see another dime from me.

Visited the store recently this past saturday for a pickup order, Food was done promptly before i arrived and everyone in the store was friendly and welcoming, food is always hot and cooked as expected, Definitely my favorite pizza hut! I had an issue with the condition of my pizza when it was delivered. After speaking with Emma, the store manager, she was extremely apologetic, professional, and took the time to make things right. She handled the situation promptly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
I really appreciate the way Emma listened, owned the issue, and turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Great customer service like that makes a difference.

Went to this store this past weekend, the service was amazing and they went above and beyond to make sure my pizza was made correctly. They have an amazing staff here and every time I order the food is always hot and fresh . I will continue to be a loyal customer!!

The main manager called and heard my complaint. She agreed that this issue wasn’t handled correctly. She credited my account. We ordered pizza again tonight. It was perfect. The staff was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure we were safisfied.

Order was not correct. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and once we got home it had absolutely no sauce. Secondly i ordered a ranch flight cheesy bite pizza with extra sauce… this pizza had minimal sauce but was missing part of the dipping sauces. Upon calling, I had the pleasure of speanking with Garrett, whom was less than helpful and was told he could credit my account for $10 since the whole puzza wasn’t messed up. I couldn’t get him to understand that i ordered pizza and not grilled cheese. Apparently they are having several issues bc when my husband pick up the order initially, the manager was dealing with another unsatisfied customer.

The crew don’t pay attention,to busy acting like kids running around talking. I’ll never understand how anyone can look at a ticket and still miss items. The garlic cup nor the parmesan cheese is worth the 2 miles . The young girl in the drive-through window look me dead in the face and said yes it’s in the box. With an attitude. Her facial expressions was not needed, especially being wrong. No wonder I choose any pizza place before Pizza Hut. I’ve been in gallatin almost 3 years -THIS WAS MY FIRST and LAST TIME SPENDING MY DOLLARS HERE
