Workers were extremely rude felt the vibe as soon as you walk in the door the lady asking me what I wanted on my sub talking very low and making faces when I ask her to repeat what she said .. then my wife asked a worker to add salt and pepper and she made a rude face asking what?? Really snobby workers

This restaurant has the worst management I have ever experienced. I ordered food through the subway app to have it delivered through a third party app(door dash). My order was canceled and I was told to call the store to find out why. Supposedly the drive canceled the order and when I called to request my refund I was told to contact door dash even though I did not order through there. I tried to explain to the manager multiple times that I did not order through door dash and that I would like a refund of the money I spent. She then started to yell at me when I requested my refund. So I hung up to call corporate. The manager then called me back 6 times to curse me out with the last time she told me she threw my food in the trash and good luck getting my refund. I have worked in fast food for years and I have never received or given this type of service. Highly unexceptable. Highly disrespectful. I will never order food from this store again with their rude customer service.

Terrible customer service. Yelling, cussing at, and threatening customers. Sloppy presentation of food (picture below) Refused to refund missing items. Too uneducated in company policy to inform customers of how to obtain a refund for a product that was PAID for but not available. Needs a whole revamp of staff.

Went to subway tonight… got home started eating found a hair.. then the other sandwich had this green stuff on the roast beef, not sure what it is but it doesn’t look like the picture looks so I don’t think I should eat it. Then they rushed me while taking my order. Got to the window and sat there for 10 mins waiting on my food. Terrible subway….

Was out of almost everything. I understand things like this happen but to be rude in the process is unnecessary. Also ordered a sweet tea and was told it had been sitting out since this morning very disappointed.

My adult daughter went to this Subway, Valley Ala. The order was a footlong (white bread) ham sandwich with white American cheese, lettuce, extra tomatoes, salt and oil
And another footlong (white bread) club with mayo and mustard.

This is what we got vs what she got instead.

The bread was so stale and hard
They had no cheese
The only lettuce was the white part of lettuce that majority of people would throw away
They would only put 6 tomatoes. All being about the size of a silver dollar and not ripe. Said they could not add more than that per sandwich
The saving grace was getting oil on the ham sandwich which softened the inside of the bread but the outside was very hard. I had also let the ham sandwich sit in the fridge for a couple+ hours with the hopes it would soften up the bread.
The club only had ham and turkey but was charged for a club.
Got charged for a 6” ham sandwich which was not even something that was ordered.

Was also charged a tip of $4.20. The entire bill was $42.27!

That is the first and last time getting food from that particular location.

And if anyone says my daughter should have said something about the veggies. She ordered via drive thru. I made several attempts trying to call but no one answered the phone.

Do not waste time in this store, just go to West Point and order there. The service is terrible, the clerks get things wrong and blame the customer. This is the WORST Subway I’ve ever visited.

I’ll never forget last summer when I ordered $40 worth of food via the subway app for my family… only to get there to pick up the order.. visualize this.. no one was waiting in line.. 2 people were sitting at tables in the lobby ALREADY EATING.. yet no one greeted me. Then the “manager” or “shift leader” or whoever finally acknowledged me, ONLY TO ACT LIKE MY ORDER HAD ALREADY BEEN PICKED UP!! Mind you, my husband was working that evening… so I was the only one in my household with a car & old enough to drive. Literally just me & 4 kids, all under the legal age to drive. Mind-blown, I asked her, “who picked it up?? Cause I’m the ONLY person at my house who can drive. ” I provided the screenshot of the receipt for the order that I had previously placed. At that moment, she proceeded to pull receipts from the counter.. and then she decided to get onto her staff about not making orders as they came in. Whole time they were making my food, I stood in that line like… … cause I didn’t trust it! Why lie TO ME about MY order being picked up?? It was completely unwarranted! All I did wrong was pay for my food in advance, allow the staff a reasonable amount of time to prepare the order (keep in mind that the app updated me about the progress of my order).. and expect not to be inconvenienced. That’s all I did wrong. All that extra excuse-making she proceeded to do was unnecessary. And how we go from, “It was already picked up,” to “Y’all gotta start making orders as they come in.” I debated for a very long time whether or not to share this experience. But it was just TERRIBLE. Needless to say, my family has not eaten at this establishment since. I do hope that things have changed. But I will NOT order online from this location again.
