Ordered 3 pounds of crawfish and they were FANTASTIC! Very flavorful, fresh, and hot! Tastes like classic Louisiana style crawfish. Way better than other places I’ve been to. In the boil they include potatoes, corn, and sausages. Definitely recommend if you like crawfish. Best in town. It’s only the beginning of March but look at the size! Their other foods are also super flavorful and great as well.

I travel a lot with my girlfriend and family and I have never been more impressed by a family-owned business. AJ, his family, and other employees are all super friendly and I cannot imagine a better man than AJ to run the place. His passion is apparent in every aspect of the business, and especially in the crawfish!
When I first went, AJ told me that they were currently out of crawfish, but still wanted to take the time to tell me about his ideas behind crawfish boiling. With a smile on his face and the drive to please, AJ eagerly explained his method of Cajun cooking for the crawfish in particular. I was hooked.
I came back the next day with my girlfriend and we order 2 pounds of the crawfish boil, including potatoes, sausage, and corn. We also ordered and extra pound and the Rajun Mac to go along with it.
I have never tasted better crawfish in my life. I love to eat crawfish but no place has ever come close to what I know as the best and that was my standard expectation. Yet AJ seemed to surpass that expectation! The crawfish were seasoned to PERFECTION. And I absolutely mean PERFECTION. And the mac n cheese was to die for! It was the perfect blend of creamy white-cheddar mac that we love with that spicy Cajun seasoning topped with crawfish tails.
I really need to emphasize that AJ’s Rajun Cajun is a one-of-a-kind type of establishment. And although their hours can be hard to work around, I strongly suggest checking them out ASAP! You will NOT regret your decision.
