I come to Benny’s Bagels at least once a week and have been doing so for the past four months, and I can confidently say I discovered a real gem. The food service is fast and efficient, I never wait forever for my order, and the staff is incredibly polite, welcoming, and consistent. They genuinely make my mornings better and set the tone for my day. The atmosphere is just as good, with great music playing while I wait, a spotless space, and an easy to access coffee station with a solid selection. I may regret sharing this, but the hazelnut cinnamon coffee is top tier and always part of my order. I stick to the same thing every time, the veggie riser on an asiago cheese bagel, and I cannot get enough of it. The rewards program is also a huge bonus, you earn points fast and I have already saved up enough for two free bagels. Great food, great service, and a great vibe every single visit.

Decent bagels, but way more on the dense & doughy side. Not fluffy or airy. Def go to shugs or starship if you are looking for better bagels. Cheap though! They were out of so many items when we got there though, so I would suggest going super early if you want a certain kind of bagel or spread guaranteed. The lettuce that they put in my bagel was unacceptable. they have some bar seating available.

Loved the vibe of the place, staff not friendly but I’m not sensitive. Food is upsetting. Got the spicy chicken Sandwich, the bagel and the few pieces of chicken I got were microwaved :(((
really just made the whole thing soggy and just not edible- the microwaved texture on the chicken (which is not fresh) is yuck. I ended up take jalepnos off and giving it to my lab. For $11 ,

The bag says “made fresh” so I’m confused. I’m Pregnant and was really looking forward to this! Maybe I’ll try again in the future and if I’ll Change my review if it’s a better experience! I’m headed to Abby’s bagels with a friend to get that craving

Today was my first time to visit Benny’s and the food did not disappoint. The bagel tasted soft and fresh. Benny’s offers a wide variety of tasty options and I will hopefully be back to try the hot honey pizza and stuffed bagel.
The only downside to the experience is the atmosphere and cold service. I didnt feel welcomed or even like having customers was appreciated. Simply sounding like your excited to service the public goes along way. You dont gotta smile or be bubbly. Just be welcoming and dont rely on just you great food to survive. Customer and business relationships go along way especially if you want to be viral.

Starting off, I love Benny’s. Favorite bagels in Dallas. However, today I ordered an Uber Eats order and there was a promotion going on for Buy One Get One Free, so I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich and got a free cookie. I wanted the cookie, I was excited for the cookie. Cookie doesn’t show up. Please don’t promote deals when you won’t honor them and include them. It was even on the receipt. Will update review back to 5 stars. I only got the sandwich because it was going to come with a cookie. Womp womp.

There is always a debate on who has the best bagels in Dallas. Many places have good bagels but Benny’s is by far the best. They never disappoint. You have to try the cheddar jalapeno bagel if spicy food is your thing.

Great breakfast sandwiches but hot damn, $3.50 for the THINNEST slice of coffee cake… like Starbucks has better value… !!! The photo doesn’t do justice to how small it was… Their hash brown was very crispy tho

Was immediately greeted and shown the mouth watering variety of flavors from Zuzy for not just their bagels, but their schmears as well. They were super quick too and it’s only $4.44 for a Asiago Bagel with Garlic and Herb Schmear. Also 10/10 experience. They do not skimp on the schmear and the bagels taste freshly baked. Really sweet staff and definitely glad I stumbled upon this place. 10/10 GO HERE! Perfect for a quick grab and go. The Honey Almond Apricot Schmear was delectable with the perfect amount of sweet but a little tart with the apricot. Wonderful with the Cinnamon Sugar Bagel. You can’t go wrong here.

Chill bagel and coffee spot. I tried their veg egg sandwich with the cheese+ jalapeño bagel. I ended up wishing I had some hot sauce and tried the everything bagel. The texture was ok, wish it was more crispy. Contents of the sand which itself were fine. Kind service and chill hangout spot for a quick and relatively affordable lunch.

I stopped in on a whim and I’m so glad I did, these bagels are on a whole different level. Fresh, perfectly chewy with just the right amount of crisp on the outside, and the flavor options are incredible. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly take pride in what they do. My breakfast sandwich came out fast, loaded with fresh ingredients, and tasted amazing. The vibes are cozy and you can tell everything is made with care. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out!
