Ordered 4 piece chicken tender supreme box and two kid supreme meals. The fries were hard, cold, and downright disgusting. I ordered a Bo-size Bo-round and received fries that had been sitting for who knows how long. The chicken was pink on the inside but it was too dry and chewy to eat it anyway. $40 well wasted and still end up having to cook. You know it’s bad when your kids won’t eat it. This Bojangles is worse than the Spencer, NC one. Really needs new management as the last time I ordered from here, they said it would be five minutes on the bo-rounds. I said I would wait. Waited 15 minutes only to receive fries. Told them I needed Bo-rounds not fries. The manager rules her eyes and tells the cashier to tell me it would be another 10 minutes as if I couldn’t hear her for her to say it to me directly. Get it together Bo-jangles.

My dad bought an 8 piece with biscuits and asked for an UNSWEET iced tea TWICE. The tea was sweet, the chicken was SMALL, and the pieces were weirdly shaped. There was only one breast and the rest were thighs and legs. They did not taste spicy. The pinto beans were super salty. My mom found a piece of foil in her biscuit. So incompetent.

New years eve supper from Bojangles in Thomasville, NC was a bad idea. The chicken was perhaps Bo-time fresh 8 hours ago. It was so dry it wasn’t edible. Staff were bored and standing around ready to go celebrate new years eve. Just close the store and let your staff go play instead of serving food this dry and old. Family size sides were barely enough for 2 people to get a bite, nevermind a meal. This is my first bad experience at this location so hopefully they will be back on their game by January 2nd!

Took over 20 minutes to get my food through the drive-through. Ask for sweet tea got unsweet tea. All the food was cold. 90 sanitation grade. I would avoid this one at all cost.

Don’t even waste your time coming here. I placed an online order and they had “no sides” or couldn’t add extra chicken to my order to compensate. Manager was no help. They never “have sides” past 6pm. It’s a chicken place how do you run out of food at 6pm almost every day. If you don’t have the food don’t accept the order or let the customer know ahead of time so they don’t spend the gas going only to say “We don’t have anything fresh request a refund”

Extremely slow service. Bo rounds and fries tasted like old chicken grease and we couldn’t eat. Don’t ever ask for crispy bacon because this is what you will get. I will never return to this location. I gave 2 stars for service because the cashier was friendly.

Went there tonight. A mistake I make often with this location. Last time I went they told me it would be 30 minute wait after I ordered. It did not take that long but it was almost like they wanted me to say that I wouldn’t wait. They are out of 3 items that I ordered tonight. No biggie, I changed my order to accommodate. I also wanted 2 bo berry biscuits. The girl working asked the other girl if I was really going to wait on the biscuits and sucking her teeth like it would be the death of her to make them. The girl at the window asked if I was going to wait because it would be at least 15 minutes. I told her just to cancel the order. One day I will learn my lesson and just go to another chicken place or go to the High Point location because this one has issues every time I go. I try to give grace but after so long you just can’t keep giving it when nothing is improving.

Very Poor Listening Skills:

1st) When I order Light Season on Fries but they always come heavy on seasoning.
2nd) thing is sometimes they’ll give me a biscuit that looks like it broken & tried to put it back together.
3rd) and final thing is if I ask for a light biscuit….I get whatever they feel like giving me

The chicken being good was the only saving grace.

– Barely understood the person helping us. They seemed awfully dismissive as well.
– Didn’t have biscuits. I can forgive this one, considering the storm.
– didn’t upsize our food despite explicitly asking for large
– didn’t include any sauces with our order despite explicitly asking for 3 different kinds
– still charged for both

Until they fix their god awful service, I wouldn’t recommend spending money at this Bojangles.
