Terrible! We went through the drive through. Had to repeat the order 4x. Lots of “huh” and can you repeat that. No chocolate ice cream, no onion rings. Kept asking if that’s it after each item. Ice cream came at Payment, but not the food. Ordered a bacon delux but got a regular which was caked in mayo.
The wadded up napkins came in handy. Thx.
We had to pull in front and wait 10min for food. Decided to eat in the parking lot because we’d already eaten 1/2 our ice cream when the food came out but we couldn’t toss our garbage because it was overflowing. Minus the wait, garbage and mayonnaise overdosing it was good food.

We go here frequently and the experience is rarely improved. Our experience last night was typical. Ordered chicken strips with extra gravy. Three of the chicken strips were barely larger than nuggets. The three gravy containers weren’t even 1/4 full. I could see the bottom of two of the gravy containers. I combined all 3 containers and only filled one container by 3/4. Took about 10 minutes to get the food. Even though this store is within a mile from our house, we will continue to drive further to another DQ.

WORST DQ EVER!

Stopped in the drive through and waited a minute finally someone said they would be right with us. We waited another 5 minutes at the drive through ordering location finally drove up to the window, looked inside and there were no customers in the store and two cars in the parking lot. I saw some gal working she continued to ignore us, finally I honked and she opened the window and very rudely said “I told you I’d be with you in a moment.” It was at that point we choose to leave and not buy anything. This is by far the worst DQ experience I have ever had.

Went to DQ for the Flamethrower burger.
I speak in a kind matter to everyone. The cashier girl was really nice and so was i back so there that should cancel out any foul play but
I found some string in my burger though.
I’ve already eaten this much so I’m not gonna kick the doors in asking for a refund lol but just reviewing to inform yall that this is not the place yall should go to if you wanna grub but it’s a free world so you do you. Have a nice evening, not me though, I’m still hungry.

Come here to be disappointed. if the Hispanic woman manager is working, something will be wrong with your order or it will take 20 minutes. They can’t keep anything in stock or are just to lazy to make certain things. I’ve been coming here for years, so this isnt just a one off. There is a huge history for me personally of wrong orders and disappointment. It shouldn’t be hard to keep things in stock if you know what you’re doing.

I ordered and paid for a DQ cake to pick up 48 hrs later for a birthday along with a” Happy birthday Molly” message to be written on.
When picking it up, it was not decorated with the message on as I had ordered. Poor service and obviously no effort put into completing what I paid for. I was simply told they hadn’t had time to complete my order. There was no offer of compensation or even an apology. What a pathetic excuse for a DQ!

This is probably the worst drive through experience I ever had.
spend almost 15mins in line, and then I made very clear no combo meal for those burgers but still… which is fine, I asked for 6 pieces of chickens of tossed , they only gave me four, asked for dilly bar from kids menu and paid for it, but never got that one, which also happened before. Fries taste like mud.
I paid and then left the window and ask the guy took my credit card, should I wait outside next window for my food, he said yes, but it never came, after ten minutes waiting, I have go back into the store and ask for my food, nobody gives a damn.. and the food prodived here is just as bad.
I will never go back again, I been here for more than five times, never a good experience.
Can I give 0 star? I think Google should definitely provide this option.

Was disappointed with this location today. Asked for fish combos – out of fish. So we ordered something else. Needed drink trays – out of these as well. Asked for ketchup. They forgot to put it into the bag. Forgot to give the receipt. Had to ask for that. The girl explained that “Sorry, only two of us working…”

Waited 30 mins a flame burger that was made wrong and my Oreo blizzard was an Oreo soup, when I ask the manager she was rude and shaking and said she was busy and couldn’t help me. This is the last time I come to this establishment

If it was possible to give no star at all this would be it. What’s the point of having hours if you don’t follow them? More than once we’ve showed up various times from 8:30 to close and have the doors are locked and no one answering the drive through. This one seems to make their own “rules” as they go. I wish they would close and open an other restaurant that wants business or different owners who hold their employees to better standards. I have said more than once I wouldn’t go back to this location after giving it several “second” chances now. They consistently out of certain foods or the fryer is getting cleaned in the middle of the day. Wouldn’t you clean it after you’re closed as to not disrupt business? Bottom line don’t waste your gas or time going to this location go to any other location or Culver’s!
