Hate giving bad reviews, but sometimes its called for. This isnt my first time ordering your food. The quality and love you say you guys have has gone down! Last time I had extra items missing from soups. I let that pass. I ordered from Uber eats tonight as a pickup. 1. It took a long time for food (which i can deal with). 2. Just because its buy one get one free doesn’t mean you get to forget to cook the ramen! So, I see its like the packaged top ramen. I had two big blocks of uncooked ramen noodles and no cheese. 3. I purchased the Mac and cheese at buy one get one. I thought my eyes deceived me as the portion was soooo small. One wasnt even a bowl; and, it was just noodles and con queso dip, what!..Smh! NOT for that price! This was first time I ever ordered the Mac and cheese and it was a no go! I have been becoming disappointed in the food lately. Broth on the side you also cut in half. I guess only purchase regular priced items??? Or no items at all!

The birria beef ramen is delicious. I added the charred corn and it was a nice addition. I suggest maybe calling in Togo orders ahead of time, since there can be a wait. Totally worth the wait and will be ordering again.

D.A. Eatz is one of those hidden gems you try once and then immediately start telling everyone you know about. If you love comfort food with flavor that actually hits, this place is it. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is laid-back but intentional – it feels like a spot built by people who really love to eat and love to feed people.

The ramen bowls are the main event, and they’re on another level. The broth is rich and full of flavor, not salty or bland like some places. You can tell they actually build it, not just pour it out of a bag. The bowls come loaded – tender meat, perfectly cooked noodles, veggies that still have a little bite, and all the toppings that make it feel like a full meal in a bowl, not just soup. It’s the kind of bowl that warms you up and fills you up at the same time.

The sides and add-ons at D.A. Eatz easily stand on their own too. The dumplings, seafood, and all the little “extras” don’t feel like afterthoughts – they’re just as solid as the ramen. The mac bowls and the other comfort dishes are heavy in the best way: cheesy, flavorful, and super satisfying. You can mix and match a few things and create a meal that feels like a full-on feast.

Portion sizes are generous, pricing is more than fair for what you get, and everything tastes freshly made. Nothing feels dry, old, or rushed. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they’re sending out – every bowl and every plate looks like something they’d actually serve to family.

The people and energy inside D.A. Eatz are a huge part of why it stands out. The staff is friendly, patient with questions, and always willing to help you pick something if it’s your first time. The whole place has that “local spot” feel – not corporate, not stiff – just real people serving real food with good music, good energy, and good vibes.

Whether you’re pulling up on a cold, rainy day for a big bowl of ramen, grabbing something comforting after a long shift, or ordering takeout for the family, D.A. Eatz hits every time. Great flavors, big portions, creative options, and a team that clearly cares about what they do. Easily one of the best comfort-food and ramen spots around.

As much as I love to try small businesses out, the ramen really isn’t the best. I had tried their ramen a few months ago, and then my family wanted to try it today, so I wanted to give it another chance. It’s obvious that it’s a fusion between Japanese ramen with a different touch. However here are some of my critiques, as id really love to see them improve.

Initially when I came in my first visit, they were kind individuals who had just opened up a few months back. No critique here.

While the ramen is indeed flavorful, it’s clear they use top ramen for their noodles, rather than a more authentic Japanese noodle. There was also cheese melted into the noodles; This really set us off, which prompted me to cook my own ramen in order to see a difference. It definitely changed my mind.

My second critique is we had ordered their waffle fries, they are indeed flavorful, just overcooked — which made them dry and crunchy.

Overall, spending $17-$22 for a ramen dish does not seem worthwhile when top ramen is the main ingredient. If they changed what brand of noodles they used, I would definitely try this location again.

I’m thrilled to share my outstanding dining experience at DA Eatz in South Buffalo! I was looking for a local ramen place that I haven’t tried yet and found them via Google maps. And can I say – DELISH! i know this newcomer to the local scene will quickly become a favorite of mine. Since opening in December 2024, DA Eatz has set the bar high for innovative and delicious eats.

The truffle fries are TO DIE FOR! Crispy, flavorful, and utterly addictive, they’re a must-order. The beef brisket ramen was rich and savory, with tender brisket and flavorful broth with hints of onion and lime. And the strawberry lemonade? Refreshing and perfectly balanced – a great way to wash down the savory goodness.

They do offer online ordering delivery and there were several pickups while we waited for our food. And the only con, if I had to list one, was the wait to get our food. But it is so, so worth it!

The quality of the food, combined with the welcoming atmosphere, makes DA Eatz a top recommendation for anyone looking to try something new in South Buffalo. I’d love to go back and explore more of the menu!

I hate giving bad reviews. The last 3 weeks you were closed for door dash during advertised open business hours. Tonight we went in and tried one more time, you left one of the meals we ordered in house and paid for out of the bag and had to go back to get it back while the rest of our food got cold. Your product is good most of the time; however you are so inconsistent! Could be great! Get your act together!

Delicious food with a welcoming atmosphere! We ordered the chicken ramen, jerk chicken ramen, truffle waffle fries, and drinks. Definitely recommend getting “less” spice for your first time there; both ramens still had a pleasant kick at that level. The mango dragon fruit lemonade was a delicious sweet drink that worked well with the ramen spice. I can’t wait to go back again and try more of what they offer!

Can I just say that the wait is over . It’s been weeks of driving by hoping to catch them open and today it finally happened . And all I can say is wow . They are absolutely changing the buffalo food scene with both of their restaurants . This brisket is top notch I have had ramen at all top ramen places in W.N.Y and Toronto this is something to experience. If ramen is something you love you have to try D.A.Eatz and it doesn’t stop at ramen the Mac & Cheese is fantastic. Did I forget to mention garlic truffle waffle fry’s and salmon bits . I literally wanted to try everything on the menu. Everything is made in house so everything is unique and is awesome and they are just getting started new menu items coming soon .i am so looking forward to making this a go to stop for amazing food . D.A. Taste will always have a special place in my heart but I think I may have found a new side place . Also was able to talk to both owners Dominick and Azrael they are such down to earth people . They are what buffalo needs when it comes to Locally owned restaurants they really make the experience welcoming. They also told me that they have a lot of new menu items in the works so be prepared for that and don’t be afraid to experiment. You’re not going to be disappointment
