I have to be honest this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Church’s Chicken. The food quality was extremely disappointing. I ordered the 3-wing combo, and the chicken had absolutely no seasoning or flavor.
The biscuits were even worse dry, burnt, and completely inedible. What made it more frustrating is that the cashier initially said she forgot to include them, yet I was still charged extra for those same burnt biscuits.
I didn’t realize how bad everything was until I got home, which made the experience even more frustrating. While the service itself was just okay, parts of my order were missing and there was clearly a lack of attention to detail.
Overall, this was a horrible experience. Definitely not worth the time or money.

This location is in the hood but with my experience, the “hood” ones are better. The chicken was fresh and hot and crispy!!! Exactly how I like it.
They had the bathroom blocked off. The manager explained that due to people destroying the restroom they are not open to the public. I understood so be sure you don’t need one when you stop. Every one had great customer service. When I’m in the area I will definitely go back to this location.

This will be my last time coming here to Church’s because of the rude tall woman who doesn’t know how to speak politely, only loud and with a nasty attitude. I was trying to use the bathroom, and she said the restroom was broken. I would give it a zero review, but I enjoyed eating the chicken because it’s so fresh and delicious. However, they need to work on their manners and attitude.

To be honest I’m overly disappointed that u got a manager and staff to lazy to keep spicy chicken on there line when the company promotes spicy chicken and none spicy chicken on there menu… there is absolutely zero professionalism here i wish the owner would step in most people prefer spicy chicken over the original…. Then they cheat me out of gravy for my mashed potatoes…

The manager on duty with Red hair… teeth all over the place… she was so rude to the elderly lady rushing her to get to me to take my order not letting her get her purse together. I proceeded to tell her I’m not in no rush let her get herself together she than picked up her big cup no top drunk some soda and crunching on ice talking stuff flying through her teeth “ON FRONT COUNTER”. I come up to her speak she look at me what you having… I said are those the only biscuits SHE STATED yeah and I’m not making anymore! I went on head and left because Church’s not worth me sitting in jail for but moral of the story I have came to this location a few times it’s been a manager working with her child he running around in and out she struggling but I understand because I been there having to work with 3 kids but her attitude wasn’t rude and she held it down to be the only person working because the drive thru was shut down so you had to come in! I’ll never return!

The building is not really a good spot for anything more than about 4 people. It is small. We had a mixture of fresh hot chicken and some older chicken. They for sure need to hire someone to clean the restrooms. The people were friendly and courteous.

I went to churchs chicken recently , the worker a tall slim female was very nasty to me, giving me old chicken on one day, then I returned recently to make a purchase again. She allowed a man to come from, outside while iam, in line to place a order, to skip me in line to buy peppers, with no regard for me in line so , I left churchs.
