I’m only giving 4 stars because the 5-7 times I’ve come to Marcos pizza, the food has been excellent. This last time I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and I was very disappointed. The sauce was like it was brushed on with sparse cheese also. In the box was a cup of pizza sauce included. I inquired as to why the sauce wasn’t just put on the pizza in the first place and the lady said if I wanted more sauce, I’d have to ask for extra sauce. I mean it was thin. Ive never ordered a pizza anywhere thats had that little sauce on it. Other than this one time, the various sizes and toppings I’ve ordered thus far have been delightfully delicious.

I used to really enjoy Marco’s Pizza, but unfortunately, the Southside location has been disappointing. Each time I order from this location, the pizzas are mostly crust with very little cheese. I hope this location can improve its quality to match the great experiences I’ve had with Marco’s in the past. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this location.

I placed a delivery order online food came in a timely manner. When the delivery driver gave me the food the boxes was wet. I was thinking condensation then I got the food inside sat it down and noticed it wasn’t condensation it was grease so much that it was leaking from the box box was mushy from it the food of course had a lot more grease so much that we couldn’t eat it. I know some grease comes from cheese but this was like someone had poured grease all over it it was horrible I’ve never had pizza that greasy from Marcos $30 down the drain

I placed an order on new year’s and came in to pick up order to find only two employees completed overwhelmed but still doing a great job. Im kindly asking the owner of this establishment to properly staff your stores to help your employees. They did a phenomenal job despise being completely overwhelmed.

I ordered a Deluxe pizza for delivery and received a cheese. The correct receipt was on the box, the box said “Deluxe” on it but there was just a cheese pizza in the box. It was obviously mis-boxed at the restaurant. Manager was rude and hung up on me. If you value your money, stay away from this place. The cheese pizza they stuck me with was terrible. I’ve had better pizza at a gas station in Alaska.

Ordered supreme with no green peppers,but extra onions. No extra onions,but good. Since it was BOGO Tuesday,we also ordered double old world pepperoni. Hardly any pepperoni & we paid more for old world. Won’t talk my husband into going again any time soon.

I ordered for curbside pickup and no one ever came out to my car. After waiting 10 mins I went inside to pick it up. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the pizza was thin and stuck to the box. I also order cinnamon squares that didn’t look appetizing. Marcos is normally my go to pizza spot but this location disappointed me.

I just witnessed worker come in from outside , on break… walked to wash sink stuck his hands in 5he water a shook them… NO SOAP, NO LATHER, NO RUBBING OR CLEANING.. Then proceeded to freezer walked out with food in hand NO GLOVES, and started handling food directly.. i told cashier, she laughed and said she would “talk to him” she laughed and told him what i said.. nothing was done.. laughter from the two… ABSOLUTLEY APPORABLE
