Atop the sour cream enchiladas was basically a thick schmear of warm, thick sour cream with lots of large pieces of semi cooked onion in it (lots of onion). I was expecting a sour cream sauce, this was more like French onion chip dip spread on top of the enchiladas. Description was something like sour cream enchiladas with green sauce. I did not see nor taste green sauce. This would have been good had it have been a sour cream/green SAUCE not spread. Chips and salsa before dinner, I am a fan of salt, I salt my food, but these were too salty for me. Way too much salt on the chips. Our server was very nice and attentive. My husband’s meal, a chimichanga, was good. Appetizer was good.

Just wrapped up a catering event for 15 people with Duly Health Care — El Coyote delivered everything on time and the food was a huge hit. Everyone loved the variety. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

This restaurant did not provide any pleasant food at all! I was completely disappointed with the quality and taste of Mexican food here. My partner and I ordered the enchiladas de mole and quesadillas de asada and al pastor. From the second I received the enchiladas they looked a mess, it was not nicely presented. You couldn’t even see the tortillas and once I took a bite I couldn’t even taste anything but cheese. There was sooo much cheese I couldn’t taste the mole and tortilla. I then tried my partners quesdilla and the al pastor was nothing special. I didn’t even want to continue eating at all and wanted to just leave. I literally took one bite of the enchiladas and that was enough to put me off from eating it. The flavor of the enchiladas was just as bad if not worse than they looked. I’ve had enchiladas at home and at other restaurants, NEVER have I had them be as messy and bad tasting as these here. My partner got up to ask for boxes to-go, I really thought the workers would ask how our food was because once again we did not stay long at all to eat, but no they didn’t ask. I honestly didn’t want to say anything about being very displeased with the food quality and taste because I’m not sure what the workers would do to make this better. I was very disappointed with the Mexican food here, I feel like the flavors are not authentic to our Mexican culture. I think they use way too much cheese instead of focusing on the correct flavors, I really should’ve been able to taste mole on my food.

Was in the mood for tacos and decided to give it a try after driving by it a few times before. It was a great call. I pretty much try the regulars with a taco dinner on my first visit. The chicken tacos were pretty decent, but I can’t lie…I have had better. The refried beans and rice were pretty good…wish they were hotter when I sat down to eat, but that’s on me and traffic going home. However, the steak and pastor tacos…maaaaaaaan. Those were LEGIT. The food was prepared pretty quick, friendly staff, great parking, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back.

Very disappointed with the whole experience. The website was really difficult to navigate. Ordered a steak burrito Supreme on the phone.. Specified no onions several times. Went to pick it up. They started the order when l arrived which l appreciated because l wanted it hot. I again asked for no onions. When l got my ordered she said there may be some cooked onions in the sauce. When l got home and started eating, the burrito was good until l started chewing raw onions. It upset my stomach. Very disappointing. Also, there was a 3.9% upcharge to use my credit card. I had better expectations since it was a mom and pop restaurant in the old Taco Bell building.
