I ordered the smasher deal no ketchup no pickles extra onion. It had several pickles which leaves a disgusting taste and I didn’t have extra onion. I can’t eat my burger due to this pickle flavor .Do better Sonic

This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at the end restaurant!!! I had already finished my meeting and was halfway through my Oreo cheesecake milkshake when my straw got clogged with a graham cracker or whatever the cookie pieces are that are in the milkshake I removed the straw and then put it back into my milkshake and whenever I stuck it all the way to the very bottom of the I immediately knew something was not right very sick this stuff is either out of date or are they employees had not kept it refrigerated or something point is I just puked my entire meal up and now I’m going to delete the Sonic app and I will no longer be a patron to those stores….. By the way Sonic Drive-In y’all owe me a car detailing along with my $11

My daughter and I visited Sonic around 1pm and they were packed. Every stall had a car parked at it and then there were maybe 5 stalls that had an “Out of Order” sign on it. We circled the restaurant twice and just as we gave up, we got lucky and somebody left. We placed our order (2 value meals and 2 sonic blasts) and to our surprise, it actually arrived pretty quickly. After we took one bite of the burger, it was pretty clear why it arrived so fast. The burger was cold and rubbery. I very, VERY rarely ever send food back- it has to be AWFUL for me to do so. I’m not going to spend $36 on something I can’t eat. We got 2 new burgers and drove off. Got halfway home when we took a bite out of the fresh burgers and they were so over salted that we couldn’t even eat those. This is the first time we’ve eaten at this particular Sonic location and that will be our last. Do better Sonic!

They went above and beyond, were patient and extremely kind. I had placed two orders and after I paid for my order my friend, her card wouldn’t work. It was right at 10 o’clock so they were closing. They gave us the food anyway and they waited until she could get the card working. She had to switch it from savings to checking which it took a minute. They didn’t have to be but they were really patient and they were awesome y’all rock keep doing what you’re doing Manager there y’all are awesome dude with the Wi-Fi thank you. We all were ready to go home and I appreciate you bearing with us until we got ourselves together. Thank you.

I travel a lot for work. I have been to literally hundreds of sonic locations all over the United States. This one is by far the best I have ever been to. I’ll never have one complaint the food is always good. The staff always act professional, and I always leave satisfied with the experience. Just in case you are wondering the absolute worst sonic in America is located in Kermit Texas. Check out the reviews. Just saying.
