I have been waiting for this burger king to reopen for awhile I love it and it’s convenient. I recently came in and I was taking care of by a young lady by the name of shemeka she is the best worker I’ve seen there thus far please keep her around her customer service is phanominal and she is very polite. If I could rate of workers I would but she is one of the best I can see her being manager in the next few months keep up the good work guys.

Since this location has been back open since Aug/2025, I’ve visited twice and each time the food was hot and good! Service was professional and there were customers in the drive thru as well as inside. That’s a good sign! I hope this Burger King location keep up the good work and staff continue to learn and advance. I will be visiting again!

I order 2 whopper jr OB Fresh Out the grill They were cold and they look like they’ve been old and just put on the grill again. They were so burnt. I order a large fry and it was super super salty. I asked him to replace it that it had too much salt. They gave me a small one when I paid for a large. I didn’t even go back inside and it was cold never again. Very disappointed

4/26 update: Been to this location a couple of times and seems like the cooks are too slow for a fast food place. Today there where about 6 people waiting for a while with all small orders. Each time there manager was there also and and can’t seem to get them to go faster. Timed it from ticket time till I got my food and took 8 mins with overcooked fries

Ordered bundle deal through uber eats missing items and food cold. Drove up there for replacement and still the same thing cold items burger fries onion rings and nuggets discussing. Just reopened this establishment and still horrible customer service at night rude and don’t care about customers. Never ordering again and will let friends and family know not to order here again.
