The hush puppies are the best! Not too sweet, not too bitter, and the oil was just the right temperature for a crusty testure outside and moist and creamy inside. They are huge, so if you’re wondering how many to order, 6 is plenty for 2 people. The BBQ was solid. Not the best we’ve ever had (lacked the smoky flavor) but the stop is worth it for the hush puppies.

Ol’ Bob’s absolutely nailed our PHC Thanksgiving lunch! Everything tasted home-cooked and full of flavor, and the staff was so helpful. It felt like sitting down to a family meal without all the work. Highly recommend!

Edit: Originally left 3 stars with the good food carrying more weight in my review but after the girl in the drive through just looked me dead in the face as I said “thank you” and then closed the window without a response or acknowledgment, I’ve decided that the bad service accounts for more than I originally gave. As a southern owned business, you expect southern hospitality and you’re just not going to receive that here.
Food’s good but it’s expensive and they’re sorely lacking in friendliness and hospitality. $5 for a sweet tea!

This place has EXCELLENT BBQ & sides. I got slab of the most tender fall off the bones ribs w/bbq sauce ! Oh my goodness they are amazing!! The baked beans aren’t too sweet or smokey, the pasta salad has MAYO ( not miracle whip ugh) The atmosphere is like you are at a family bbq, everyone is friendly polite and down to earth & it’s a busy place but they’re not affected by that at all.. If you LOVE good BBQ & casual dining then I suggest you get on down to Old Bobs….what an awesome surprise for me today!! Breakfast lunch and dinner. Prices are very reasonable and in my opinion they aren’t charging enough!!!

I had the pulled pork plate with beans and hush puppies, and it didn’t disappoint! The pork was tender and packed with smoky flavor, pairing well with the sweet, slightly tangy BBQ sauce. The beans were hearty, and the hush puppies had the perfect crispy outside. Only thing missing was a bit more kick in the sauce for my taste, but overall, a great meal!

We had a catered meal at work yesterday for Thanksgiving and it was phenomenal! They came in, set everything up, very professional and friendly! AND THE FOOD was amazing! Best ham and dressing I think i’ve ever had! Shout out to Ol’ Bob’s!!!

Ol’ Bob’s BBQ provided catering for our company Thanksgiving luncheon. The ham was delicious and the turkey was so moist. Stuffing was excellent and green beans seasoned wonderfully! Great selection of tasty deserts! Highly recommend. 5 Star food.

Went in to try this place because we haven’t been here before. It was 2:30 pm. We were not greeted and figured it’s a seat yourself. As we made our way to a table we noticed a 5 gallon bucked of something on top of a table, then a table not cleared yet; which isn’t a big deal. We kept passing dirty tables. After passing 5 unclean tables we walked out.

This is an awesome place to eat with Great servings. BBQ rib plates are AWESOME!!! BBQ is awesome. Huge BBQ sandwiches!! It’s all great food. If you haven’t tried it yet you need to. Great food for the money!!! If I could rate paste 5 stars I would! The staff is awesome too!
