Used to love Tim Horton. It’s just getting worse every time I go. I ordered and paid online, get there, they couldn’t find my order. After verifying the store I ordered from and then telling them what I ordered they go “are you (my name)” I’m yeah like when I told it to you when you were telling me it wasn’t this store I ordered it from. Then I get to the window and she tried charging me. Nope, paid online. I get my order, a bagel with cream cheese and a Reese ice Capp. I will post below what I got. Do better, please.

I ordered a small coffee ask for oat milk on the side. Got to the window and received my coffee but not oak milk. I ask for my oak milk and the guy told me they usually don’t give out oak milk for a creamer. So, he place a small amount of oak milk in a condiment cup…..smh and this is why stop going to Tim Hortons! Only, went here because, I received a gift card. I’ll continue my coffee service at Star Bucks! They understand a customer when they ask for Oak Milk on the side and provide you with an actual small cup/ lid on it. By the way the coffee is horrible.

”Total incompetence. The staff completely botched my order and there was no manager on duty to handle a simple refund. Corporate has been useless. They are essentially stealing money at this point—avoid this location until they actually train their employees.”

I visit this location frequently and the morning crew is great. The frustrating thing is several times a week they are out of croissants, hash browns, certain muffins all by 8:30-9am. I’ve gone there in the early afternoons and they are out of chili.

I have not eaten at a Tim Hortons in a long time and I have to admit that I was surprisingly pleased with this location. The drive thru line was crazily long so I went inside and ordered. The girl working the front end was pleasant and helpful. Ordered the steak wrap lunch combo and it was very good. Also got some Timbits to go. Will definitely return to this location. The wait time was not long at all. Ate my meal and still beat out some cars that waited in line while I was dining.
