Got a coffee with the wrong order asked for a Venti coffee (very easy) with 2 shots of espresso ( also super easy) and got reboiled coffee grounds instead. Was too late to take the toilet water back to get another. Never ordering from there again. Called the manager and they agreed but it’s not worth it if they can’t get the order right.

I’ve never used the drive thru here, I only ever come here to sit inside, enjoy my coffee, and draw. My only complaint is that the sinks for the bathroom are outside the bathroom in the sitting area and the only option to dry your hands is with an automatic air dryer. It’s SO loud!! Just give the people paper towels.

It has been a long time since my usual drink has tasted nice at any Starbucks and it did today (Aug 3 at like 4:45pm just in case the barista working can get a shout out). The shots didn’t taste burnt and the drink was overall quite smooth. Not sure if it is skill, or the automatic machine was just cleaned recently or set correctly when others aren’t, bur I would return to this location.

I just moved to the area and have only been twice. Both times the staff taking my orders were super nice and sweet. I truly appreciated that since I am new here. They got my first order right through the drive thru and the second was for four drinks and all were correct. I was disappointed they didn’t have the Washington been here mug but that isn’t the baristas fault:)

This has been a historically tricky location for several years and I have often taken months away due to order mistakes and inconsistent quality. I am a frequent Starbucks customer and I don’t have problems in other locations like this one.
Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, I decided to check them out after their remodel. This remodel is finally going to make me write a negatively review. What happened to this location is NOT a design other stores should follow. I am not sure who thought this was a good idea.
Other reviewers have mentioned it, but for some baffling reason, they put the sinks outside the restroom. It is actually more disruptive than you would imagine.
At the time of this writing, there is news that baristas will have to wear consistent shirts. This review is an example of a store in which consistent shirt color is literally not close to the issue.

I stop by this Starbucks periodically to get drip coffee inside the store. This store has one of the busiest drive throughs in the area and unfortunately this gets the store staff hyper focused on serving the drive through customers to the point where they don’t see customers in the store. I wouldn’t write a review on this if it only happened once or twice but this occurs far more often than one would expect. Maybe I should just order with the app instead.

This is a busy location with the drive through features. There are always lines so be patient. Outdoor seating available. Plenty of indoor tables too.

This location has gone downhill since the pandemic. First – can you reinstall the urinal in the bathroom? Just because the bathrooms are now unisex doesn’t mean the urinal has lost its place in the world. Second – why are you using the end of the store to store all your supplies? It looks junky always and takes away a nice area of seating that both myself and others enjoyed once upon a time (when I could still utilize the urinal). This isn’t hard, cmon guys.

I’ve given this Starbucks location multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. Every time I order a frappuccino, it’s watery and poorly made—definitely not worth the money. When I ask for a remake, the staff often responds with attitude or tries to tell me that it’s supposed to look that way. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 10 years, and I know what a properly made frappuccino should look and taste like. Unfortunately, the quality at this location has gone downhill, and the staff seems increasingly lazy and rude. I won’t be returning.
