Went here the other day with my wife to try their Stromboli’s, and wasn’t dissatisfied or disappointed, the service was great, and the staff went above and beyond offering to make a Stromboli that wasn’t on the menu yet “Hawaiian” the order was made quick and to perfection. I myself ordered the 4 meat Stromboli that was packed with meat, cheese, and sauce and seasoned to perfection. These were way larger than I expected, and if you are super hungry I highly recommend grabbing one of these. They are definitely delicious and worth every cent! I’d definitely order these again in the near future!

Cooking food from the floor!!! I was here last night, waiting for my order. The Indian girl that was working was bending down, taking out frozen chicken from the freezer and dropped two pieces on the floor. !!!! She didn’t even realize I was watching her the whole time.
SHE PICKED UP THE CHICKEN AND PUT IT BACK WITH THE REST OF THE CHICKEN !!!!!!!!!!!! I confronted her and demanded to know why she put the dirty chicken from the floor back up on the tray and she got so defensive because I literally caught her. The other more experienced male employee in the back also saw what was happening and decided not to say a thing.
Will never return here again. They have absolutely no regard for hygiene or cleanliness. Whoever ordered those chicken wings, I hope you know they fell on the floor.

A picture speaks louder than words, and unfortunately, the one I received tells a story of dishonesty. Burning a pizza can happen—accidents occur—but knowingly delivering a burnt pizza to a customer is unacceptable. It’s not just a matter of poor quality; it’s outright disrespect and deception.
To make matters worse, the pizza I received appeared to be made from leftovers pieced together. Passing it off as fresh is misleading and unprofessional.
If I could, I’d rate this establishment zero stars. Businesses like this should take a long, hard look at their reviews and question their practices. In Canada, we value honesty and respect for customers—this place fails on both counts. Consider closing until you can meet the standards of quality and integrity that customers deserve.

Terrible experience at this Pizza Pizza location. The hygiene here is extremely poor — staff don’t wear gloves while making pizzas, and I even saw their friends walking straight into the kitchen, touching food with bare hands without washing or wearing gloves. Completely unacceptable for a food place!
On top of that, the customer service is awful. They are aggressive, rude, and don’t know how to take orders properly. When I complained about not receiving my order correctly, instead of fixing the issue, they argued and told me, “If you want to come, come, otherwise not.” That’s no way to treat customers.
Very unprofessional, unsanitary, and disrespectful. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Had to wait 10 minutes for a slice zero at the counter No biggie but came out undercooked and super greasy. This location is unprofessional its like a free for all in the kitchen like friends at a house party. Please clean or get a new bathroom sink it’s gross.

Stop the fake reviews. How coincidental is it that 3-5 start reviews all happend at the exact same time 10 hours ago and then the pizza pizza shop owner responded 5 hours after. Fake fake fake.
