System here is busted. Online orders swamp the staff and corporate/ownership does nothing to fix the issue. Gladly will be going out of my way to get my pizza from other franchisees or a different competitor entirely. There’s no such thing as “hot and ready” at this location.

I did an online order for bread sticks and a pizza. Nothing too crazy. It tells me when to pick up and so I get there. I drove up and wasn’t greated by anyone, yet I can hear the works working away that’s fine. After 5 or more min I started to worry no one knew I was even at the drive thru. Finally someone walks up and says “what can I get you?” I said “online order” they made a face at me then I said my name. Got the food and left. The bread sticks were cold and had next to no garlic butter Parm stuff on them. The pizza was cold as well, its just not like it used to be. I am very saddened about this. I used to get little Caesars every Friday as a family and now with what has happened I won’t be going back for a while.

First Little Caesars I’ve been to that was a sit down restaurant. It’s an old KFC now little Caesars. Fountain Pop machine was out of order so had to purchase 20oz pop, and no water, or cups. Had to ask for paper plates as well. The pizzas were okay, not the best hot and ready I’ve had, but not bad. The plus was not having to sit in the car with the family while trying to divy up a pie.

This is one of only 2 dine-in ceasars… The dining room needed some attention. There were dirty tables, chairs, and floor… The staff was friendly and in a generally good mood. The pizza was WAY over topped, causing it to not get done. I swear the box probably weighed 8 lbs. It was a gooey, saucey, unbaked mess..

Several weeks ago, I went and was told nothing was available or ready and it’d be 30-40 minutes. I wasn’t very happy. Friday evening around 8pm I went to try again and was told the same thing. Not going to waste my time again. It’s a Little Cesears for goodness sake.
