The food was mediocre at this establishment but the price was relatively more reasonable amongst all the restaurants at the Promenade food court, so my friends and I have decided to pay this place a visit. If someone is looking for good tacos within the city, I wouldn’t recommend this spot, but if one is looking for an economical spot within the Fontainebleau hotel, then this would most likely be one of the best options.

Our chips and salsa combo had spoiled pico de gallo that didn’t really have any salt in it, but the molcajete salsa and salsa verde were good enough. The fried fish taco was pretty dry, and had way too much jalapeño aioli to the point that it overpowered other taste. The chicken taco was pretty solid with a reasonable amount of chipotle achiote. The beef birria taco had a good amount of beef which was pretty juicy, which really didn’t need the $3 for consommé. Finally, the Roadside burrito was deceptive because upon the protein selection, there would be a surcharge, which was why our burrito ended up becoming $21 instead of the original $16 that was advertised on the menu. The flavor was great, but I did not think that it was worth the extra amount.

Overall, as I had suggested above, this establishment would be a good spot for whoever is looking for affordable meals within the Fontainebleau hotel, and that is about it.

Deserves a A Higher rating!!!

Not sure why the average rating is 3.1 stars. Food is high quality, tacos were basically authentic!!

Beef birria tacos has tons of flavor and were possibly the biggest birria tacos I’ve ever had. They are usually small at most places.

Chicken taco was fantastic as well!!

I went back for seconds and got the quesadilla with chicken. Also fantastic!!

If you’re looking to get the most food for your money the quesadilla is the best option. While everything was good, the birria tacos are less food for the same price as a chicken quesadilla. But the birria tacos have more flavor. So just depends on what you’re feeling. Also I have a above average appetite clearly, so keep that in mind. Pics attached of the food.

Staff was super friendly and the food was prepared fast! Pricing is As expected for Vegas so no complaints about that.

I would eat here again on my next trip.

Deserves a higher rating. The mushroom vegetarian filling is definitely better than most taco places. People can complain of other places being more authentic perhaps but if you want a new flavor the food here is delicious. Also the quesadilla is amazing very crispy and cheesy.

Good friendly service. Would be 5 stars but they removed the Chilaquiles burrito 🙁 This was my favorite lunch item I would get often when at conferences near by.

A little pricey but I thought it was worth it. Paid $20 for a chicken quesadilla and it was packed with chicken. Used to mobile ordering service which was very easy to use and saved me alot of time from standing in line and waiting to order. Service was excellent, I wanted the food to go and the lady behind the counter was very friendly and packed it in the box for me without a problem. Will definitely stop and try other options the next time I’m in Vegas .

Absolutely great Food place. I had Nachos loaded. It’s good for 2 people. Very tasty. . Best Nachos I ever had. Keep in mind that it is not a fast food, food is made fresh. 15 minutes to prepare. And also don’t forget that you are in a fancy casino. I do not understand people reviewing time and cost.

So the food was cooked perfectly and the taste was spot on. I had one birria taco, one al pastor taco, street corn (elotes), and the chips and nacho rizo dip. The dip had chorizo in it and that is the reason for the name. It was so good that we took it home to eat it tomorrow. The tacos were seasoned perfectly and the consommé was very nice. The street corn is exactly the same as if I got it from the vendor in my neighborhood at night. Spot on. I say if you know that most food courts are like a mall style, not to nice, just there. This one is upscale and its very nice to just hangout and talk and not feel crowded or that you have to leave. Comfortable and nice.

Ordered a chicken taco and an Al Pastor taco. At $8 each, they’re quite pricey for a single taco, but the quality was definitely worth it. The food hall has a great ambiance and plenty of good seating options.

The quesadilla was decent, I ordered the birria quesadilla with double meat and it had a decent amount of meat. I don’t know if it was worth $25 though, and the salsa was lousy. Compared to other options at the resort though, I think this might be the best thing they sell.
