In May 2012, Rick and Brie Bruskin took over Pomperdale Deli and brought in their favorites from Rick’s hometown of NYC. Whether you’re looking for hot corned beef or pastrami on rye, we have all your favorite sandwiches. And to ensure that everything tastes authentic, we cure our own meats and brine our own pickles in house. Come by for a meal or call us to cater your next event — we’ll transport your mouth to the Big Apple as soon as you have your first bite.
Deli serving traditional NY-style fare such as pastrami sandwiches, bagels, matzo ball soup & more.

Hands down one of the best deli experiences I’ve had outside of NYC. Pomperdale Famous New York Deli delivers exactly what you hope for: massive portions, perfectly stacked sandwiches, and flavors that take you straight back to a classic New York deli.
The sandwich was unreal — tender, juicy, generously loaded, perfectly balanced with melted cheese, toasted bread, and classic sides. The coleslaw was fresh, the pickle was spot on, and every bite reminded me why NY delis are legendary. Honestly, nothing to envy from New York itself.
Special thanks to Debbie for making the experience even better. Her warmth, attention, and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Great food is one thing — great people make it unforgettable.
If you’re craving authentic New York–style deli food, this is the place. I’ll be back without question.
One of the highlights was the self-serve coffee—honestly, some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. The cozy, welcoming vibe of the place made the experience even better. The owner was so sweet and even offered us a sample of their chocolate rugelach, which was a delightful touch.
If you’re looking for a quaint, tasty spot with real New York deli vibes, I highly recommend checking out Pomperdale NY Deli. A true hidden gem!
, still very good.
However, the food overall was amazing. Pleasant helpful staff and a full range of food. I just wish it was a little closer to us, Do I? I mean I’d be there every day, lol.
Take care when parking as one side is free and the other you have to pay.
The sandwiches are the star of the show—stacked tall, packed with flavor, and made with obvious care. Every bite feels fresh and thoughtfully crafted, whether you’re grabbing a classic deli favorite or trying one of their specialty creations. And the sides? Absolutely delicious. You can tell everything is prepared with a genuine love for great food.
What really sets Pomoerdale’s apart is the atmosphere. It has that friendly neighborhood energy where everyone seems to know your name, and even if they don’t, they treat you like they do. Service is quick, upbeat, and truly attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a place that serves amazing food with heart, Pomperdale’s Deli is the spot. It’s warm, welcoming, consistently delicious, and the kind of place you’ll be excited to return to again and again.
. They were so rude to me, I kept calling where’s my food and she kept saying it’s on the way, he got lost blah blah blah something blah blah blah. So it’s their fault but and I’m supposed to throw $36 away? Now I remember why I quit using them for deli foods. Go to Goldbergs! They know all about customer service.
