philly cheesesteak Sandwich was good but ı ordered newyork steakhouse sandwich
when ı arrived to pickup they gave me just sandwich but ı paid for the Ball Bucket and fries too. I let them know
-After 7 minutes extra waiting fries was ready but ı let them now again The Ball Bucket was missing
ı paid 6.49$ for the ball bucket but they said it is out of stock after 4 more minutes waiting but they didn’t refund my money back. I couldn’t wait because of ı had to go back to work
ı called costumer service 2 times for refund but I couldn’t reach them
– ı never had that much problem at the same time in a restaurant . ı don’t have hope but ı wish they call me back to compensate this terrible service …

First time we ordered everything was great and I loved it. Decided to do it one more time before I get on my health kick and it was a huge disappointment. Fries…cold and stale. My chicken pretzel was good, but my husband ordered the original and asked for no mustard. It was swimming in mustard. To top off the disappointment we didn’t receive the sauce for our dessert. What a waste of a “cheat” meal.

Dont expect quick from here. The signature ballpark dog takes over 2 hours assuming they even start making your order by then.
