Ordered pizza on a Friday night online. Original wait time was 40 minutes. It took 2 hours for me to get my order. I called 2 times looking for my order. First time I call the girl didn’t even ask my name she just said it will be there in 20 minutes. I called back 30 minutes later and they couldn’t find my order. She finally found it and said it would be there in 20 minutes. I asked to speak with the Manager and she explained there are only 2 drivers. I asked if my pizza was even going to be hot still. My pizza finally arrived the driver was extremely apologetic. This bad review is at no fault of the driver but on the managers. It’s Friday night you need to schedule more drivers. Also, good customer service would have been to inform the customer that it was running over an hour late. Had they done that I would have gladly picked up my order. And big shocker my pizza was cold. This is the second time I try delivery the first time the person called me cuz they couldn’t find my address. Hello GPS! And that was on a Saturday and the order was also late. Don’t order delivery from them unless it’s uber.

XL Supreme without onions came loaded with onions.
L hawaiian had bell peppers on it as if they had been spilled on it, and the dough wasnt even fully cooked.

I’ve only ordered from this place twice, and both experiences have been frustrating. The first time, my order was completely wrong, and I had to wait for them to remake it, which is never ideal. Today, I called to place an order, and they messed it up again. Now I’m sitting outside, waiting for them to fix my pizza once more. Having this happen twice at the same location is disappointing, especially since I’ve never encountered problems at Zaragoza Speedys. I’m seriously considering not coming back, and if I do, I can only imagine I’ll be waiting again.

Ordered a family meal and waited 15-20 minutes. Pizza crust was BARELY cooked and soggy. The wings (had even asked for well done) tasted old & reheated. Grossed out, never again.

I confess, I chose this place secondary to the 5 reviews. Sad to say that was not at all my experience. Ordered an Al Pastor large , it looked like a fruit Pizza, there was pineapple alright, hardly any cheese and bits and pieces of burnt meat. Very dissapointed to say the least. Pizza taste burnt and not edable. Customer service was good. Wait was a bit long.
